My first bus tour was the trip that I hope I never have to go through again. You must not do any bus maintenance or throughly check it over before you lease it out. If that bus had been stopped for a vehicle inspection it most definitely would not of passed. Which might have been a good thing. It would have made people aware of your poor service. The bus bathroom there was no water to flush or anything, so the pump must be broken. There was 52 seniors on that bus and there was no air conditioning. The driver tried to get it fixed the first night and he said he was happy to report it was fixed. NOT!!!! As we started out it soon became apparent that again the air conditioning system was hooped. So for 4 days we suffered, which as far as I am concerned you probably were really lucky that no gave over to heat stroke or even a heart attack. Don’t know why you think that you are providing an excellent service, IT IS DEFINITELY NOT!!!! The stink from the bathroom when the door opened would make you even puke. Every one avoided it but at times it was just unavoidable. This was the most unpleasant experience!!!

This bus service replaced greyhound for daily passenger service to High level, Grande Prairie, Peace River, Slave Lake, westlock from Edmonton. Fares are reasonable, but the office is difficult to find, located through an unmarked door on the back side of the Continental Inn. The bus was uncleaned, and smelled of urine and septic cleaner. With no other service available, their must be little incentive to improve.

easy service nice staff and a relaxing ride. no chargers tho and no Wi-Fi. also there's tv's on it but they don't work.
