Terrible rental agency.especially in fort st john and chetwind. Charged me eight hours cleaning when I paid molly maid to do it.and renting a steam cleaner didn't count apparently. The manager was very rude and disrespected my wife on two occasions. They also kept my damage deposit.(that's against the law,for those that don't know).do not rent from these scumbags

These guys are thieves. They don't return deposits. They also claim to do an in-house carpet cleaning job which they charge $130 for but will never issue a receipt. Very unprofessional bunch of crooks. Be prepared to take them to Small Claims Court to get back your money.

alright well i rented from here a while ago and i have to say sheryl is a rude person i couldnt ever get matinence in she wont give my damage deposit back shes just all around toxic i wish they would do something about her
