Nous avons passé 6 nuits à l'hôtel, quelques points négatifs. La chambre est très ordinaire, les matelas sont vieux et très inconfortables, le frigo gèle tout, il n'y a pas de micro-ondes, la décoration vieillotte, les heures d'ouverture de la piscine varient tous les jours et ferme très tôt (entre 7h et 8h30) Le wi-fi est horrible, très lent et on se fait souvent déconnecter. ||||Points positifs : l'extérieur est vraiment magnifique sur un site enchanteur. Le service au restaurant est impeccable, plusieurs activités (payantes) à faire à même le site. Les gens qui travaillent là sont très sympathiques et professionnels.||||Pour résumer, cet hôtel a sûrement connu de meilleurs jours. Nous avons séjourné au nottawassaga Inn ressort pour 2 nuits et dès notre arriver a la chambre nous étions decue ... Notre chambre n'était pas propre ... Le souper au buffet était plus ou moins bien ... Le service au restaurant laissait a désirer les tables n'étaient pas propres les tasses à café salent sur la table . Nous avons été dessus étant donner le bruit que nous avions payés .

This hotel is way too expensive for the quality of the rooms, buildings and amenities. While most staff were very kind and welcoming (I'll get to the other shortly), it felt like we were getting nickel and dimed throughout our stay. At $300+ a night at a 3 star hotel, I expected some sort of continental breakfast at minimum. Instead it was an overpriced buffet. They have a pretty cool mini golf course inside, but it's $9 to play the nine holes. The rooms and building itself are getting tired and dated. The surface of the patio was disintegrating, some wall paper peeling and the electronics 10+ years old. All of this was could have been looked past and probably wouldn't have warranted a long review, until our interaction with security guard Michael. While I will acknowledge that we were breaking a rule (that we didn't know about), we readily complied to his ask. Security guard Michael decided to escalate the situation, yelling expletives at us and threatening to call the police and have us removed from the property. It all felt like a totally extreme escalation of a situation that could have ended after his initial request and our subsequent cooperation. His colleague was quietly standing behind him, seemingly embarrassed or exasperated by Michael's behavior in the situation. We were disappointed that we would be treated like this as paying customers who were there to celebrate a good friend.

Nottawasaga Inn Resort was the perfect venue for our wedding this past weekend! The grounds and outdoor gardens for the ceremony were beautiful, the food was amazing, and the servers and bartenders were quick, working hard all night to keep all our guests happy. Our Wedding & Event Specialist, Samantha was incredible! She went above and beyond, making sure every detail of our wedding went smoothly. Leading up to our wedding she answered every one of our endless questions quickly and made the process as stress free as possible. If you choose Nottawasaga Inn Resort as your wedding venue, know that you are in good hands!
