Cassie is incredibly knowledgeable, and professional, yet compassionate and warm.
I love her holistic approach to care, suggesting movement and nutrition to give the client some agency in their health. She works well with other care providers and offers a different view around some of my ongoing issues.

I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder that resulted in severe pain for 3 weeks. Cassie was recommended to me from another satisfied client who had sciatica pain. Cassie, currently treats my son for a knee injury, when drs suggested surgery we knew we had to try some other options and save that as a last resort! We reached out to Cassie, and she has done an absolutely astounding job helping with my sons pain and mobility! He enjoys his therapy and her company on treatment days, she does amazing work, and is such a welcoming and kind individual who is a pleasure to be around! 100% Recommend Nu Roots Health in Havelock!

Cassie is super friendly, professional, and highly skilled & knowledgeable in her field of Osteopathy. She provides a warm, inviting and relaxed atmosphere inside her clinic. No stairs to worry about either!

I received Laser Therapy on my right sprained ankle two years ago from Cassie and also for my broken left foot last year. With both issues, after each treatment session, I noticed an immediate reduction in the pain and swelling! With my sprained ankle, after a few sessions I had way more joint mobility, which was a huge relief, and I no longer felt nauseous trying to putting my weight on my foot while walking.

I highly recommend Nu Roots and Cassie as your treatment provider as my experience has been fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable- I have been to a few different Osteopaths and Cassie is able to find the source of discomfort/injury and alleviate the discomfort, putting my body back into balance.
