The drivers are extremely rude. Unprofessional with horrible behavior and no sense of service. While on the bus, I approached the driver while the bus was on stop to inquire about the route and stops. She was very arrogant n indecent . Pathetic behavior! Please train your drivers to converse decently with the passengers, who are paying to be on your buses.

I love the Oakville Go station .

The long selection of buses which always arrive on time is the reason I always choose the bus as my only transport through the city .

There is more than ample parking space and Bike parking locations . ✅

The taxi service is amazing here also , aptly located right outside the Go station . ✅

Via office and GO bus both available on site . ✅

Great service and good security. Plus constant monitoring makes it very safe . ✅

A convenience store is located inside the Station .😊

Most horrible place for bikes, in a matter of 2 months I got a bike stolen, then they tried to steal my wheel of my bike thank goodness left it there and now my light for night are gone.

I don’t feel safe leaving my bike there but I have no other option to travel from home.

I really hope for better system and security this is not even funny anymore...

You would think for the price of the train the service would be better.

I've been to the Oakville Go Train Station many times, and the ticket office is very fast to get you a ticket. It is a bit of a trek to get to the train platform, however if it's snowing or cold out - stay close to the station until the train is announced that it's arriving otherwise you will freeze at the unheated waiting areas by the tracks. I recommend getting a later train as the morning commuter trains are packed and you might end up standing up the whole way to Toronto. A Richard Trus review

Not a really good station, quite dated but has decent customer service. On a side note, (this doesn't affect the rating score) the convenience store in there is quite overpriced and I'm quite glad they put up a tims beside the station.

Public service on private property with private security and a bank along the rail. Somebody get this property and sell it to Oakville please. Get rid of PRESTO and embrace INTERAC like normal businesses. Tap is still in effect. Obviously. Also I don`t even have to speak to your security they aren`t even from Halton. They have no authority. They just scare people and discriminate most of the times they come. I asked the booth for an email for complaints I couldn`t get it. I asked who owned the joint. No comment they told me to get on the phone. I`d much rather an electronic record of everything this operation does. Their bank is being robbed, it can easily be robbed. The buses get hacked. This outfit is a joke. Oakville Transit shouldn`t own either. This should be PUBLIC PROPERTY.

My Auntie Paula used to take me on the GO Train at Oakville Station, way back when I was younger before I was old Enough to take The Buses, The LRT in Edmonton Alberta, also VIA RAIL Canada & GO Transit also the PublicTransit Transportations on my own Before and After the Start of my Time in LY Cairns School.

We used to Go Eastbound On The GO Train From Oakville Station to Union Station, Also Took the Subway Northbound From Union Station to St. George Station Transferred to The Subway on Bloor Train Westbound Used to Go Westbound From St George Station to Ossington Station during my Visits from Hamilton in my days when I was a Young Boy. This was before I was old Enough taking PublicTransit in Toronto Ontario & on The ETS on Edmonton Transit System in Edmonton Alberta, Also VIA RAIL at Union Station, Also the GO Train on GO Transit as well.

Nowadays, I am also Allowed to Do More Train Trips on the GO Train on my own, because my Auntie Paula has said To me I've been always very Responsible Taking PublicTransit on my own in Edmonton Alberta for A Very Long Time, since I was 12 years old in Summer of 2005 Before, after the Start of My Time in LYCairns and During HighSchool, also After my LastYear of HighSchool at LYCairns a Year & A Half ago.

Most of all, Both My Grandmother My Grandfather & My AuntiePaula said I was very responsible what I did taking the GO Train on my own on GO Transit on my last Visit, They said I can still continue on Riding my GO TrainTrips on the GO Train on my own anytime during my visits from Edmonton, Because I have always been very responsible, following the rules, following instructions, always been obeying all the rules at all times, over the years.

I finally now can Take the Bus 1 Trafalgar to & From the Transit Centre at Oakville GO Station on my own, Because as My Auntie Paula said "Brian, the NextTime You Come Down here again, You can Take the GO Train Again On Your Own at Oakville Station. You are Very Responsible taking the Buses on EdmontonTransitSystem in Edmonton, Alberta. You Can still go On Your Train Trips & Continue riding the GO Train On Your Own. You are also a Very Responsible YoungMan!" So I now can keep on Taking the GO Train on GO Transit on my own.

This is also for following the Rules, All these years taking my ETS Bus Trips in Edmonton Pulling the Bell for my Stops in Edmonton Alberta at the Right Time since I was 12 years old in summer 2005 on my First year on ETS, also before & After I started going to School at LYCairns. Especially All these Years during my Time in LYCairns as well. Also Have been very Responsible taking VIA RAIL at Union Station Toronto. That also means I can still take the GO Train on my own as well.

The buses are clean and comfortable, but the station can be confusing and the ticket takers provide little direction as to where to go. Also there is not much parking if your bus leaves in the morning
