Air climatisé très bruyant. En plus, bruit de moteur aux vingt minutes durant toute la nuit, faisant vibrer les murs.

We booked our trip to this hotel months in advance, we walked in and walked out, filthy dirty, mold in fridge and freezer, electric outlet in bathroom was hanging out of the wall, we plugged in the bathroom fan, and it sparked. The lobby, hallways and rooms have not been vaccumed in months. We had trouble with front desk when we wanted refund so we could go to a different hotel, finally they did, we took a video of the room and told him we did, returned our money pretty quick after that ! There were sketchy people Coming and going who clearly live in the place. Very dissapointing and upsetting, we were lucky to be able to book a different hotel, everything was booked up,

The location of the Ocean Marina Hotel is fantastic, right by the water with beautiful views. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were satisfactory, including free Wi-Fi and parking. The only drawback was the slow elevator during peak times, which was a minor inconvenience. Staff members were helpful and provided good recommendations for local attractions. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a stay in Port Alberni.

I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those facing challenging circumstances. I lost my step dad in the house fire, all my belongings are gonna and my mom had lifethreating injuries. And I have 2 big huskeys, alot of motels or hotels say no to dogs!!.. I was starting to become very overwhelmed. I felt directionless, and just so incredibly sad. I was put up at The Ocean Marina Hotel for 4 nights and I was able to have my dogs. As soon as i walk in the lobby doors, i was greet with a smile by a young man at the front desk. He had me checked within a min. It was so quick and easy. Their customer service commendable, My room was clean and comfortable rooms. Easy to find a staff member. Stores are with in a 5min walk. The dyke also across the road, so.you can go for a jog or a walk. There is a boat launch to. The best part is the fully secured dog park directly across the street. So I was able to let my dogs enjoy the outside, burn of engery and be off leash. Free internet and wifi.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Ocean Marina Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The rooms were pristine, and the amenities were excellent, especially the spa services. The hotel’s proximity to the beach made it easy to enjoy the ocean every day. I’ll be back for sure!

BEDBUGS BEDBUGS BEDBUGS. Seriously gross hotel,
Edit: not fraud. Seriously beware of this motel, they lie about their accommodations, and haven’t cleaned the rooms in years, the whole thing is carpeted including hallways and has a 1 inch gap between the floor and door, bedbug breeding ground.

For starters, the staff was rarely available. The TV in my room straight up didn’t turn on. The water pressure was extremely high and there was no hot water. There was a dead spider on the floor of my shower. The walls were stained with who knows what. The smell of my room was that of a museum (not in a good way). I found a rotten orange behind the TV. The view out my window was a chain link fence with some smashed cars. The microwave didn’t work as well as the coffee machine. This is the only hotel that I know of that still uses physical keys and not key cards. Even a rundown motel would probably have key cards. There was a plentiful amount of dirt under my mattress and the bedsheets themselves had a very “funky” smell. By 10:30 the staff were completely unavailable. The window was right beside a pathway with flimsy glass that wouldn’t be hard to break thought and enter the room. The floors were creaking all over and so were the doors. Overall a terrible hotel and I don’t recommend you ever come here unless it’s your last option.

Was a over all ok stay however the front entrance way almost made me go stay elsewhere, service was good fair happy staff and good maintenance crew very polite glad I changed my mind and stayed after all....but would really boost business if the first appearance was cleaner and nicer....honest looks a little run down and under loved
