Rooms look nice but are lacking some actual comfort. Very clean and bright rooms. Bed was extra firm. Duvet was very thin and hard to share between 2 people. An extra blanket in the room would have been nice. Shower lacked pressure and was hard to stay warm in or actually get wet. Bed has some weird metal frame that was a bit noisy. |Front staff was very friendly.

I’ve been staying at this hotel while working on the island, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Sage (or Sagar) at the front desk is always a highlight—he greets me with a smile, and whenever I forget my room key in my rush, he’s quick to help me out. He even offers me a hot chocolate while I help myself to the station, which is a nice touch after a long day.

The room cleaning is consistently excellent, with my bed always perfectly made. It’s clear the staff takes pride in their work, and it really makes a difference.

This hotel has truly made my time here enjoyable, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for great service and comfort.

The staff was very friendly and nice, great location across from the street. The room left some things to be desired especially for the price but if you are just using it to sleep while you visit the area it's fine.
Lots of bugs in our room despite screen windows, hot water would sometimes cut out, the hand soap was very watered down like they needed to replace the bottle and there was hardly any blankets so we were cold.

We loved our stay. Our family found this place after a very long travel, and we couldn’t have been luckier! The staff called to make sure we were doing ok and to see if we needed anything, the beds were so comfy!!! The bathroom was fancy and the shower was to DIE FOR! It was clean and adorable, the kids fought over who got to shower first under the waterfall shower head. The shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel like I left the salon. I wish I would have know about the in room massages because I certainly would have taken them up on it. Across the street is the beach where we did some fishing and found crabs and seashells!

Amazing location by the pier. So, you get stunning views all day long (especially at sunset) + the rooms are spacious and clean; and the front desk team is very helpful.

A couple of drawbacks: no amenities at all in the hotel and the in-room TV, AC… are so old. An upgrade will be very much needed.

Stayed here once before and was happy they had a room left when we were passing through on our bikes. They did a great reno a few years back, literally one of the best showers ever, and crazy comfy beds. It was a bit pricey but everything is going that way unfortunately. Would definitely recommend for the great service and location

The view from room was great especially sunset. But we had couple of issues with their service. Firstly room floor was not clean when we reached there also there were spider webs all around the outside window. Shower drain was very slow which we tried to clear ourselves with plunger. On the last day, the outside drain of our suite started to overflowl resulting in foul smell.
When we complain about it, they inform that the manager Yash will call to compensate about this experience but we never received any call.

this place seemed like old cheap motel that was somewhat renovated and now working with new name that is similar as the adjacent hotel but diferrent.
there is no recepción and you have to go to the sister hotel beside it for check-in!
the room we got was on the back with the view to the back of the other rooms, a tall and ugly concrete wall of the building beside it and a pile of garbage right in front in the parking space and garbage all over the parking ground.
when we complained in the morning they said that in the booking it says back villa or front villa. we double checked our booking for room information on expedia and there was nothing mentioned about being the back room.
the bed sheets did not look well done and clean and with the rest of our experience we did not feel good to sleep in the bed and used our own sleeping bags instead.
there are spider webs on the light fixuture and walls.
the room was too small for the size of the beds and there was no chair or table in the room.
the only bearable thing was the renovated shower.
I guess when everything else is booked in the área and you don't have much other choices, you end up with a place like this.
we were on a road trip for 45 days and stayed on almost 30different camp sites, cabinas and hotels and this was the worst experience of the entire trip.
if you want to stay here you better walk in and look at the room before committing to stay there.
