Had a blast bringing my 1 year old here for her birthday. She isn’t walking but still had so much fun crawling on everything and climbing things.
Very affordable , clean, wasn’t too crowded. The sitting area in the middle is nice if you have older children who can play independently.
We didn’t buy food there but read the menu and their prices were very reasonable

First time going to this indoor playground! Some unique features were the volcano slide and rubber track slide with tube which were really neat. Fairly clean establishment, but some areas of the play equipment smelt a little like pee - didn’t come across any wet areas though. Overall was a lot of fun. Prices are really reasonable, and all the staff we encountered were really nice.

If you ask me to go to Off The Wall Kids, I will not say no. If you are a parent of a physically active child & you also enjoy physical activity & playing with your child you will not be disappointed going here. They have food, the funnel cake fries are really good. They have music playing which really enhances the atmosphere & makes it more fun. I'm a fan of Off The Wall Kids & I will go back again & again. I also love my Off The Wall Kids red socks. If you're looking for something fun to do with your kids, go here. You & your child will have a great time & you get that physical active play.

Went here this afternoon for the first time, and it was mostly great! 4/5 stars.

The good: very clean and nice play place, big and clean bathrooms, refillable water bottle station, lots of different activities for different ages and skill levels, ample free parking, not too busy, reasonable admission prices
We also appreciated the transferable ticket policy; we bought tickets a few months ago but the kids got sick, so we were able to transfer our tickets to today. Manager Emma helped me to do that over the phone as I couldn't figure out the website, and she was wonderful. She was equally friendly to me and my kids when we were there.

The bad: the staff member that checked us in and supervised our visit (not Emma, who we didn't see til the end of our visit) was very unkind. An older blonde lady who seemed like she hated kids. Was not friendly when we arrived, then spent the next 2 hours telling my kids to stop "breaking rules" that we were never told about and weren't on the signs. For example, my kids AND I were having a play fight with the foam balls on the couch as I have a heart condition and needed to sit down, and she coldly told my kids that they weren't allowed to take the balls out of a certain area. Didn't bother speaking to me, the parent, and wasn't very kind when repeatedly scolding my kids for things that didn't seem like a big deal to me (we would have put the foam balls back afterwards, we weren't bothering any other patrons, and it was not damaging anything).

If it wasn't for that very unpleasant staff member I would give 5/5 stars. Hopefully management can find some staff who actually enjoy children and happiness.

Overall, I highly recommend Off-the-wall kids for families looking for a fun and safe indoor play area. The combination of great facilities, tasty food, and excellent customer service make it a fantastic destination for a day out with the kids.

I've come here many times and today was my last time, to the elderly lady staff who was extremely rude to my wife while she was feeding my son. You should definitely learn basic customer service or just learn how to properly talk to other human beings. Thanks to your poor attitude you lost 6 customers today. You don't talk to people like trash.

Was fun for the kiddos. Has food and drinks. Also, party rooms (did not use). Great operational hours. Parking lot available was full when arrival and luckily someone was leaving so had a spot, not sure if there is extra parking.

Excellent place for all aged of kids. It's a very clean and hygenic place.But there is very little fun for little once otherwise for the above age 5 they have lots of fun activities. Nice food service,fresh and warm. Taste is really delicious.
Christian and Brenda have excellent customer service.They are awesome ?.
Perfect combination of all the kids' needs. Recommend to all parents.Nice and safe place.
