Myself and a friend took the 3 hour snowmobile tour in early February. Our guide Todd was great! Took us to a few (off trail) hidden gems where the views took your breath away! Very impressed by the tour itself and Todd! Very personable and knowledgeable guy! My only complaint is that it was over too early. I would’ve liked to gone all day!

We had visitors in from out of town and we rented a pontoon from Trevor & ORR for the day. They couldn't have made it more straightforward. The boat was well equipped & spotlessly clean. We had a lovely day on the lake - they even made sure the weather was perfect!

I recently went on a 2-hour scenic snowmobile tour at Silverstar with Okanagan Rec Rentals and it was an amazing experience. Despite being a first-timer, the staff were incredibly patient and professional, making sure I felt safe and comfortable. The tour offered beautiful views and enjoyable stops, enhancing the whole experience. The snowmobiles were well-maintained and easy to handle. Will try this again!

Although we had a rocky start to our boat rental (it broke down about 10 minutes after taking it out on the lake) and the poor guys looked like they were having a rough day when we brought the boat back smelling of gas. But the guys were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we were able to spend our 4 hours on the water. We had a blast. Will 100% book with them again.

Rented a side by side to go out searching for a lost family pet. Had been lost up Noble Canyon back country, already gone since 3pm day before & overnight. Picked up the s/s at 11:30am & returned at 3:30pm, total of 4hrs. The rental price was for a 24hr period and NO discount was offered on return. Very disappointed! But Thankfully our pet was found safe & sound by a group of motorcross riders & brought back to a Very grateful family

We had a great time on Okanagan Lake. The boat provided was 100% to our liking. It was easy to steer, and I never felt uncomfortable, at any speed. See photo on the trailer.

The introduction to the boat, and formal administrative procedures were adequate, and during our trip communication was possible and easy.

Only thing that was a minor problem: we had to wait over half an hour before someone showed up for the take-in. That was only a minor thing, since it did not affect our water-time!

Overall: couldn't be happier with this lovely day on the lake wit the family. I highly recommend Okanagan Recreational Rentals!

Trevor and the Team at ORR were fantastic! The tritoon was in great shape, both the boat delivery and pick up at the dock was speedy and seamless and our family of 11 had a wonderful time on the lake! We would certainly use ORR again in the future!

Super friendly and accommodating staff, equipment in excellent condition. It was our first time renting ATVs and they were very patient and helpful as we scrambled to figure out how to transport them after realizing that our trailer is too small.
