Ive always been super nervous entering all doctor offices due to past experiences as a child - some things still haven’t changed🤣 However, my fear has definitely eased down because of Dr. Josephine Adebayo and Nurse Irini. Two genuine souls with hearts of GOLD. I can truly say these woman are the perfect people to be in the medical field, the love and patience they have for their patients is exactly what our Canadian healthcare system needs. They are always SUPER welcoming, super calming/gentle and just all around amazing humans. Dr. Josephine is so thorough with her work, she ensures all her Ts are crossed and I’s are dotted and she never makes me feel rushed. Amazing doctors are truly rare to come across and I absolutely adore her and so grateful I am currently under her care. Place is always super clean and the rest of the staff are also super nice 🙂 I would recommend this place!!! ❤️ Thank you all for your amazing care!

I came here on a Saturday afternoon when all the other walk-in clinics were closed and got my prescription filled. They were all friendly and the process was quick and accurate. I was grateful that they were open on the weekends!!

We had a wonderful and pleasant experience. From the receptionist to the doctor they treated us like family. The environment is truly very nice and we highly recommend the clinic to others. We need more clinics like this.

Appallingly in courteous. Have been a patient here for a while. The clinic had my doctor leave and had asked me to select another. I did so. The previous doctor asked me to have a few tests performed. Did so. Had respectfully asked for a remote call due to a very work schedule but don't want to wait to hear the results. Was told a call would come benzene 10-12. Did not happen. Finally received a call from the reception at 245PM to tell me that the doctor will not do a call unless I come in for an in perosn meeting. Not only they did force me to choose another doctor but now thy cannot put the patients need ahead of their won. Stupendously in courteous and clearly not a doctor and clinic that truly cares about their patients. I guess the Hippocratic oath is dying on the vine. Taking care of patents now is a business transaction and bureaucratic. The sad thing is this review will do nothing to change their approach since they know people are starving for doctors and proper medical care.

Extremely disappointed with the reception and office management at this clinic. The receptionist staff and office manager are disorganized and lack the professionalism expected in a healthcare environment. They do not communicate in a respectful or professional manner, consistently fail to return calls, follow up on important paperwork, or relay urgent messages to doctors. Save yourself the stress — RUN, do not go here.

Visited the walk-in clinic twice within the past month. The office is clean and spacious. Polite staff. Dr. Han has wonderful bedside manners and explained things thoroughly. Bonus points for the ability to book walk-in appointments online! 🙌🏼

Worst experience to day with an doctor clinic . Had to come to the clinic for an emergency ( not my family doctor) for my 2 yr daughter who had a skin reaction to something. I was told clinic will close at 5 pm ( google said 6 ). Took my chance reached 5 min before closing and requested to see my doctor as any concerned parent would . Was refused to be attended after several requests. That means Dr . Azeez Khan at the time refused to see my daughter. I am pretty sure no other doctor would have refused me in this situation. So I definitely don’t recommend a doctor who feel their closing time is more important than the patient. Do your research. Choose your doctor wisely .

Dr Brent Teelucksingh is the BEST Physician ever! He guides his patients to safe and sustainable changes, allowing them to take control of their lives. He is forward looking in his approach, without being aggressive in the treatment plans. He is very patient, attentive and treats every client/patient with exceptional care. We are truly grateful for his medical advice and positive impact it has had on our lives. We need more of him in this modern medical world!
