if you're thinking about going to do a road test here i'll save you some time, just go to another location. The driving test instructors are all rude ad are no help when asking questions. For my G test, Which I paid $90 for, I was coming up on a red light and proceeded to make a completely normal stop. The instructor proceeded to freak out screaming at me to break while we were only going about 5kmh anyways. He failed me right there. Did not even make it to the highway. I payed $90 so this guy could scream at me and take me home. DO NOT GO HERE IT IS A SCAM. Side note, the instructors here are extremely smelly, if you're going to fail me for no reason, the least you could do it not smell like a garbage bin. Now my car smells like BO

My mother booked an appointment for an eye test at the ministry’s request. We arrived there and the place was closed with a sign in the door temporarily closed. They didn’t have the decency enough to call and cancel the appointment. This caused my mother so much anxiety and made us both angry. There was another man there at the door that had been there 3 days in a row. If the ministry can’t staff it then stop booking appointments or close it down! DO NOT Book an appointment there!

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. All instructors were very rude and were of no help when asked about inquiries. I don't Suggest anyone go there for anything. it would be more efficient to move your business somewhere else.

Never seen such a scam before but then again it is the government. What a shambles this place is. For a government who claims to be for the people of Canada they seem to screw you over whenever they can. Ontario government as a whole is a joke and the ministry of transportation might be the biggest joke of them all!
