Went to pick it up my wife in Toronto after leaving the Soo, She had to mail a parcel down while taking her other bags. She talked to the attendant and the attendant was clueless, had no where the parcel could be delivered. So they came up with the plan it would be on the bus to her destination. Well the package made it to Sudbury just for them to leave it there and she didn't find out till she called regarding it. Why is it that they had no idea why it was left at the station and the fact it will take 5 days to make it to a random destination. Then we call to track it and the person says we don't even have a proper tracking number, to then find out they use a 3rd party parcel service. Then you call this 3rd party service to find out the number doesn't work for them either. In the end it sent us on a wild goose chase, having to search for it by the name alone. But really you can't just sent people's stuff without giving proper information.
