This company does not deserve the 1 star rating. BE CAREFUL.

We are mature travellers and I sincerely believe Orbis Vacations is a scam. They advertise amazing deals on Travel Zoo and lead you to believe you have a booking, but at the very end claim they must confirm with their suppliers, but do so only after they've taken your credit card information.... Really? Ok... it smelt like a bump on price would be coming. But we decided to give Kelly the benefit of doubt and decided to play along.

Sure enough. Within 24 hours a different agent/supervisor claims they need $800 more due to unavailability of flights that were confirmed.... When this fact was outlined I remind edher (Paula) "that's why we gave you our credit card.... I asked for the new itinerary and it's the same.

So concerned, I asked where they were located as said it sounded like I was calling Mumbai. She stressed their firm was legitimate and was a Canadian company operating in Vancouver BC and even had a location in London England.

I then asked why the call display on their number was a Campbell River number, which is a northern city on Vancouver Island.... NOT Vancouver. The response was condescending and disrespectful by the now claimed supervisor (Paula) who was now handing our file. I was eventually assured by Paula that I would quickly receive a call back with the assurance they would make good on the initial booking. It's now been 6 days since and I've not yet heard back.

Who wants to be in Vietnam and Cambodia with this type of unprofessional communication and mis-representative support? Not us. I don't care what the price is.

So fully frustrated by now, I expanded my research and discovered that yes they have a London England address, but it is an area of London where "mailbox" business proliferate with their mailing address. This company does not list any physical operating address. It doesn't take much research to discover how illegitimate this company is. I genuinely believe they're a Mumbai boiler room that baits and switches everyone who bites on the "too good to believe" vacation packages as advertised on Travel Zoo.

We have notified our bank of our concern and would block our credit cards if it wouldn't cause us so much trouble. Obviously, I am terribly disappointed in Travel Zoo for not screening the businesses they promote.

Orbis Vacation & Travel are a very poorly organized company who deserve less than a one out of five star review. Their representatives are rude, do not follow through on commitments made, and assume you are wrong until you prove otherwise. Examples of such include:
- Simply asking them about specific items in the itinerary prompts them to read the entire itinerary verbatim whether you are still talking or not. They literary started talking over me as if I was not talking at all. I found that to be very frustrating.
- Many occurrences of not sending information when they said they would. Sometimes days later or not at all
- Two times I called regarding issues, one time regarding an error on the itinerary and another about connecting flights being delayed, I was told I was incorrect and everything is fine. Only after persuading them to look at what I was talking about did they rescind and agree that there was an issue to be corrected.

I still can't wrap my head around the time my co-traveler called them to follow up on something and they responded: "we've been meaning to call you; your return flights have been cancelled". When were they meaning to call us?

Orbis Vacation & Travel are highly unprofessional and I strongly recommend avoiding them like the plague.

They are unreliable; they did not tell me that i will b all alone. My friend wanted to accompany and was willing to pay extra in case the air ticket would cost more but they ignored.
Also the hotel in Prague and their breakfast was poor. The room in the Venice hotel was hazardous. I could not sleep the whole night. I had to make 7 phone calls to convince them to request a room change. Also the location of the hotel was bad, not easy to find.
They sent me to Rome by an early flight without making sure that an early check-in was possible. I had spend 8 hours in the lobby. One out of two days was wasted because of this arrangement. I could not see a few attractions because I was left with only one day to tour Rome. I did not need their help to make this arrangement. I could have done better myself. I don’t trust them.

I have tried to book an advertised trip to Malta
what a crazy ride . Almost like dealing with a chat bot I forwarded what I wanted, had to repeat myself through numerous phone calls and emails
Very reluctant to email me the itinary and cost always starting as if we had never talked and wanting another phone call
So glad I have not booked, just a waist of my time

At one point I asked for the Malta and train deal

The response was you can’t get to Malta by train
I will make it to Malta but fortunately not through this company

I strongly do not recommend this agency. My first (and definitely last) experience with them was extremely disappointing. The agent, Malgorzata Zalewska, was by far the most unprofessional person I have encountered in this type of service. She initially confirmed my flight ticket, and we agreed that I would call by the next morning to complete the payment. However, when I tried to reach her—through calls, messages, and voicemails—she was completely unresponsive. Meanwhile, my reservation was visible on the airline’s website but required payment (that could only be made to the agent who made this reservation) before it expired. After an entire day of unsuccessfully trying to contact her, I reached out to another employee at the agency. Only then did she finally respond with a brief text, simply stating that she "cannot help me" and suggesting that I can book a ticket online instead. That's the service of this travel agency - telling you that you can do it online!
If you have to use a travel agency, use another one. If you have to use this one, avoid this agent!

Worst travel agency ever. I booked Europe tour with them in October and had a terrible experience. I booked return airport transfer from hotel but their driver didn’t show up. I booked private taxi on the spot and paid extra fare. Asked orbis to refund the money they charged to provide me service as promised. It’s been three months and no update from their end. Pls save urself from this company.

Would recommend people to never book their trip with this agency. They took money and promised to provide private transport during my trip to Europe. Their service providers failed to provide committed services and now they are not returning my money. Pls save urself from their trap.
