Seeing how some of their drivers operate vehicle's, I would never get in a cab with one, or recommend anyone to. Witness a van nearly cause an accident today as he stopped in the middle of the intersection to pick someone up. Their office doesn't sound like they care at all.

Awful experience today. My vehicle was in repair and I needed a taxi from Severn Bridge to Barrie. Called this taxi company at 7:48 a.m. and dispatcher told me the taxi is going to arrive in about 20 minutes. It did not arrive until 8:30 a.m. I called dispatcher three times for a status update on the late cab. The woman answering the phone did not even bother apologizing and kept calling me "hon" which was very unprofessional. The driver made me pay full fair the first moment I got in the car making me feel like a criminal. He then called dispatcher (who was on speaker phone and sounded like the same woman I spoke to) and advised her I paid. The vehicle was dirty with left over foods thrown on the front seat. The driver played loud music on the radio the entire time and did not bother to ask me whether it was bothersome. Never again will I use this awful company. I was working from my cottage this week and they made me late to court. I'm a lawyer.

Ordered a 3:30AM pick up. Driver was prompt but his vehicle sounded like the ball joints were about to fall out. Wasn't the safest feeling. I ordered another cab to get back home and it was even worse than the first ride. The driver looked like he had just woken up and didn't bother to even straighten his hair let alone have a shower. There was garbage in the back seat and the driver was coughing the whole trip with no facemask or apology. Also the vehicle had just about every warning light on the dash. I guess vehicle maintenance and cleanliness aren't policies for this company.
Needless to say, I won't be using this service again.

I can rely on them when I need to get home from work late at night when there are no Ubers available but the flat rate changes every time and some of the drivers make me worry for my safety… Had the pleasure of listening to one of them tell me how much they despise women while driving me (a woman) home late at night, very uncomfortable. Not all the drivers are like this but I’ve encountered the “bad apples” more often than not.

Meter saying they only charge flat rate . The man swore at us and the owner is
Extremely rude. So not support this company please. My dad owns a cab company and legally meters need to be turned on...they refused.
They are a scammmmm don't. Use them

Some girl hung up on me twice after telling her my address. Don’t rely on this can because they will hang up on you. Very unprofessional and I hope that girl gets back what she gives out

This is a great taxi company, the dispatchers are so friendly and most of the drivers are nice.

There is one driver though who is very weird and makes me uncomfortable, I don’t remember his name but he had shoulder length blonde hair. He talked way too much during my ride and asked me for directions despite having a gps. Talked a lot about his personal life which I am not interested in.

Almost all drivers smoke in the cabs as well and many are anti Vax covid deniers, who wants to hear about that when they're in a taxi? The vehicles are dirty and seem to never be cleaned.
