At first I called to inquire about some resorts and how booking works with them. They answered my questions and even sent me possible resort options. Process ended up being smooth and the trip was great!

Booked a trip to Cancun flying with WestJet and they ensured I had all my documents. Shuttle from airport to resort was also arranged via the airline.

Decent for renting U-Haul from, but for returning it they never discuss the procedure for key drop off and the hoops you need to jump through on the U-Haul mobile website (instructions were on the driver's sun visor). Make sure to give yourself at least 30 mins to go through the menu, take pictures of cleanliness, gas levels, and kilometres before dropping off the keys WITH the document they request on the box. Note: a smart phone is required to return the rental after hours and avoid being charged extra.

They offer great service!!! I booked a trip in early April and had to make last minute changes to my flight come August due to work obligations. Gina was very accommodating and helped me switch my flights in no time without any hassle. Highly recommended!!

When I came to take track, the rear door was locked with digital locker and agent did not know the code. However, the issue was quickly resolved. The rest of story was good. I returned track near the destination which was very convenient.

I'm only rating the uhaul service. It's quite awful
We booked a van, when we went there we couldn't take it because people working there did not set it for self pick up.
Next day they told us to hit the road, very rude people.
we went and rented a uhaul from the Mississauga flea market at mavis, a much better service

This travel agency doesn't even get a one star rating in my husband's and I's books.
We booked our first trip ever, our honeymoon and we decided to go with OS Travel as it was the cheapest, well you definitely get what you pay for. Trying to get in touch with them once you purchase tickets is a struggle. Romola, the owner, promised us safety, cleanleness, the best food ever and safe drinking water from the highly recommend 5 star hotel Riu Palace, well Mr. Romalo gave is false promises, we both have E. Coli and tried to get in touch with Romalo through email and phone through our first night there and our second night begging him to find us a flight home asap as we found dried blood splatters on the towels, disgusting stuff in the shower and tub and he said that this was guaranteed cleanliness, better than the Guanocasta so fooled us into paying $600 more. Please please do not trust this travel agency, they are just there to get your money and do not care about your safety or health, mark our words, if you book from them don't count on ever hearing back from them, especially when you're health is on the line!!!
