Had a great experience renting a SxS with Rick at Outdoor Adventure. Fantastic 4 day ATV trip with friends, +300kms of trails and super weather. The 2018 Can Am Commander 800 that Rick provided was utterly reliable and tackled some very challenging trails. Was able to leave it in 2x4 high for a lot of it, switching to 4x4 and low range only for the tough and technical portions. Also surprising me and my friends, who are very experienced riders, is the fuel efficiency of this SxS. I never dropped below 1/2 a tank on a full day's ride, worked it out to about 13 liter/100kms. Lots of variables I know, but my buddies need to top up half-way through the day I was was good to go. Thanks Rick for the great communications, easy and reliable rental.

Rick was very easy to deal with, and we will most certainly deal with him and Outdoor Adventure Rentals again in the future. The equipment was not perfect, and had a few scrapes and dings, but considering it is a rental, it was in good shape. We rented for 10 days, had no issues and enjoyed every minute we spent on it.

My family rented a Seadoo last minute for a day to enjoy on the lake.

Unfortunately the Seadoo had a fault that didn’t allow us to fully enjoy the day, however after a quick phone call they managed to sort something out for us so we were still able to enjoy our day out on the water.

While that was unfortunate, the customer service and understanding was exceptional and will most definitely be renting from here in the future!

You can only imagine the disappointment we experienced with the expensive wreck of a pontoon boat rental that they sent us. From the smashed out stereo, filthy and ripped upholstery, taped up pontoons and gear shifter to the torn, and ripped canopy and non functioning depth finder ( both of which we had to repair to be able to use). The gas hook up to the motor was not connected properly causing an inconsistent fuel feed which took some time to finally figure out. On top of this, there was no back up gas can as promised which left us adrift and in need of rescue. To top it all off they got the pick up date wrong leaving us waiting for hours, then having to trailer the boat ourselves. Absolutely irresponsible to put a machine like this out for rental. Luckily we are experienced boater, I wonder how someone with little experience would have fared. You won't see pictures of the unit on the website!

Rent seadoo delivered to Crow lake with the tube. Rick is super nice to answer lots of questions and make sure the delivery and pickup went well. Jack, who is the driver to deliver seadoo, was also very responsible.
