The most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. Drivers apparently can't use Google maps, and no matter how many times I gave them my mothers number and said " DO NOT CALL ME I WORK NIGHTS" they still continued to call. Do not trust these people with your package unless you never want to see it again

Always great service from the Kamloops location. The drivers go that extra mile and are quick to help with some of our shipments that arrive that are oversized and bulky to handle.

I would highly suggest not using this Courrier for any reason. Prices are absolutely absurd and borderline criminal. A package that would cost $55.00 with Purolator was almost $300.00 . This was not known at the time of shipment and only revealed once the parcel was being held by the courier.
We will be contacting the better business bureau, business practice as such are not acceptable. No idea how they can continue to operate taking advantage of small business and individuals alike.

I have had several big deliveries since moving to Kamloops this year and I'm so impressed with the customer service. They really go out of their way it seems and I appreciate that. Today was my first time visiting the warehouse and it was the same thing, great, fast service.... And the forklift driver was obviously very experienced, I can see how they stay on time with things!

This company sat with our product for over a week. When arranged delivery they would only give you a six hour window, so be prepared to sit at home all day. Although we paid for threshold delivery (first dry space) they dumped the 500lb delivery barely onto the driveway and said they do curbside only. A heads up from the person arranging delivery that it will be dumped wherever would have been helpful. The guy did not appear to be experienced with driving in snow, could not back up the driveway. The equipment they had to move the product barely lifted it and they could not push or pull the product, so they left it and drive off. They mishandled the boxes and I will be surprised if it is not damaged. If I could give less stars I would.

Cargo is always damaged, they deny the claims you put in. Didn’t call to tell me my shipment was in I called them and they try and charge you storage fees. Pay attention to your billing with them.
