L’accueil a été un peu rude, pas de bonjour! Une fois le check-in fait, nous avons découvert la chambre. Bonne surprise! Les lits étaient confortable, la salle de bain spacieuse. Il y avait un petit frigo et un micro-onde.La climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit. L’ensemble était propre. Le petit déjeuner, inclus dans la prix de la chambre, était bien. Possibilité de se faire des gaufres pour le petit dej'. Il y a une salle avec des machines de sport ainsi qu'un jacuzzi. Vraiment trop chaud a notre gout et forte odeur de produit. La piscine extérieur était fermée car hors saison. La caution de 250 dollars demande au check-in m'a beaucoup surpris!!

Grande chambre avec 2 lits king, bureau, coin a manger, kitchenette, canapé lit et salle de bains standards. L'hôtel est propre et bien tenu. La piscine extérieure n'est pas utilisable en ce moment mais il y a un jaccuzi (hot tub) bien chaud et quelques engins de fitness à dispo. Le personnel est agréable.

Très belle surprise, puisque ayant réservé en ligne, je ne savais pas à quoi m'attendre, et là je tombe sur une très belle chambre, très bien équipée, avec le confort haut de gamme ! Bref, épaté par une chambre propre, grande et une literie confortable ! Et pour un prix plus qu'intéressant !||Le petit déjeuner est conforme au prix lui !

Un hôtel type Ibis. Propre et pratique. La salle de petit déjeuner est ridiculement petite.
Bien placé si vous êtes en voiture (5 minutes du centre)

The front desk staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. Even got me to sign up for prestige rewards.

Room was large, comfortable beds (but pillows too large for me), great water pressure, cold mini fridge, coffee maker,, microwave....all at a very clean standard.

Tons of parking, good continental breakfast, nice breeze into the room, all staff were courteous when met throughout the hallways, hotel was pretty quiet which allowed for a very good sleep.

My only feedback would be... the pillows are large and hurts the neck when sleeping and waking in the morning. Possibly two of the four pillows could be 'thinner.' This would give customers a choice.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We stayed here one night at the beginning of our trip and one night at the end of our trip. To start with the employees at the desk are less than helpful. They act like they don’t want to be there and any request you make is the world’s biggest inconvenience. The worst part, however, was the condition of the rooms. Torn curtains, moth holes in the blackout curtains, stains on floors, stains on furniture, stains on the phone, missing cabinet doors on the kitchenette, bathroom door had been replaced a long time ago but never painted, clogged sinks and tubs. We also tried to buy a few waters from their vending machine but it was sold out. Asked the front desk for water and they said we would have to down to the gas station to get some. Seems like you should have water for your guests if you are charging over $300/night. Last but not least the continental breakfast is hardly that. They had coffee, yogurt, one cereal and oranges. Again if you are going to charge over $300/night you could have a few more items than that. Overall there are so many other options for hotels in Kamloops I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, regardless of how long you are staying.

Although most staff were friendly, maintenance was awesome! The second room we were moved to was quiet, the beds were just okay. The Hotel is shabby, old, with a somewhat descent reno j). It is extremely difficult to get parking out front. There is a really tasty Chinese food restaurant attached to the Hotel - and parking gets used by those patrons. No one offered to help us with our luggage - we found a cart and did it our selves. No one greets guests as the arrive nor when they come and go. Just not worth the money at all. We really expected more.

We stayed at this hotel with a tour groupJonview. Our room was dirty, upholstery stained, patched wallpaper and damaged furniture. There was not enough seating for everyone to sit for breakfast. Some people had to stand. The food at breakfast was poor quality and very basic. The tour states that all hotels are 3 star, this hotel is rated at 2. Alas it is more of a hostel standard. Do not stay here.
