It was my first time at the Pacific Sands and I will for sure be back again. The resort had everything you needed a coffee hut to a burger joint that had a delicious cod burger ( a must try!). It also had outdoor fire pits to enjoy in the evening and some garden games.

We stayed in the beach house hot tub. Our rooms came with yellow rain jackets that were handy when heading outside in the wind/rain and they also had yoga mats for each guest. The beds were comfortable and the view was breathtaking. The hot tub on the patio was great but not covered.

We did have a complication at the resort which left us trying to gather evidence but the management team resolved and accommodated us for the miscommunication. Which was appreciated.

Overall we were 10 mins from the city with all the restaurants and our stay was comfortable.

This resort definitely checked off all the boxes- beautiful grounds, stunning beach, clean and modern units and exceptional service from all of the staff. We booked an oceanside suite (room 110), which had an extremely comfortable king bed and pullout couch. The soundproofing was excellent. Although, the unit was lovely, we only had a tiny view of the ocean from one seat in the dining room. We asked at the front desk if there were any other oceanfront units available and luckily the next 2 days we were able to secure an oceanfront studio (room 272) with a private hot tub for extra cost- which was totally worth it! The studio was extremely spacious with a small but well stocked kitchen (including coffee, a variety of teas and cream) and fireplace. What a joy to watch the storm and surfers from our balcony hot tub! Thank you to Vanessa (at the front desk) for assisting us. Morning walks on Cox Bay provided a serene start to our days. The hike to Pettinger Point was a hidden gem NOT to be missed. Still smiling just thinking about our stay. Will definitely return!

This place is soo magical. The sunsets, the beach, and of course the fantastic hotel. We stayed at a 3 bedroom suite, modular style. The reason I mention this is because it's sound proof. You only hear noise if you open the windows, which is rare. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty fire 🔥 pits for a romantic eve outside or family gathering with marshmallows roasting. I loved the sauna. Went into the ocean for cold plunge ( highly recommend) the coffee ☕️ hub in the middle of the grounds if super delicious. Serves all coffee , smoothie and delicious breakfast options like sandwiches and bakery goods. Perfectly located from airport and all the restaurants we choose for our trip. Service was also amazing and friendly. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful resort with a great range of accommodation. It was a great spot for storm watching and just enjoying the beauty of the private beach and its surrounds.

Our room was very clean, with a comfortable bed linens. The view from our suite was great, and it was a small happiness to wake up in the morning and watch the surfers while I drank a coffee.

However, the on-site food services left something to be desired. The quality of the food and beverages were average at best and considerably expensive. It was hit and miss with service at the cafe. One worker was particularly rude to every customer, the other was the most lovely young woman.

With that said most of the accommodation had kitchens with all the modern amenities, so take advantage of those and cook yoir own meals and enjoy them on yoir own deck or many community tables and chairs overlooking the beach.

All in all we enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back again in the near future.

Stayed at the Lighthouse Suites with Ocean Views to enjoy the storm watching season at Tofino and it did not disappoint ❤️✨️

From sunrise to sundown, the the views offer everything from storms to picturesque horizons.

The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and equipped with most things you need. The onsite grocery store has the essentials and the Beach shack as well as the Surfside grill had halal-friendly options such as vegetarian and seafood. The room comes with a cosy fireplace, fun amenities, comfortable bedding and an equally comfortable couch with the ocean views ❤️

Coastal Rides is the app for getting a ride around. Tofino Delivery is the app for getting food to you from around town. Both include the Pacific Sands property in their service. I also used Pacific Rim Navigators for service to and from the long beach ariport. Guest services at pacific sands is only a text away and super responsive.

Although nothing compares to the roaring ocean views at Cox Bay, my favourite part of the stay was the trail to Pettinger point. Especially when it rained, it felt like walking through a magical tropical forest.

From check in to check out, the process was smooth. Service support for everyday cleaning was great. The only downside was that there were often silverfish and a couple of other bugs in the kitchen and washroom and it makes the floor require more cleaning.

Super glad I chose pacific sands and will be back again!

Pacific Sands Resort is ideally located on Cox Bay just a short drive from Tofino. The views are spectacular and a morning walk along the beach is a must do. The room are spacious, with fully equipped kitchen. The gas fireplace is especially welcome during storm watching season. The staff was very welcoming and very helpful. A great place to stay!

Pacific Sand Beach Resort was outstanding!!!! We were there in mid-October to Elope and this resort did not disappoint!!! Every aspect of this vacation was phenomenal!!!!! Everything we expected and so much more!!!! |The property and location are such a vibe! The staff were all wonderful, extremely helpful and very welcoming! The room we stayed in was an Ocean Front Hot Tub Suite. The view was breathtaking and so clam. Weather we were sitting on our balcony chatting with a glass of wine or sleeping in our bed listening to the ocean at night. |The room was very clean and well-kept daily by the house keeping staff. The location of our room was exactly what we hoped for! Keep in mind while looking around the property there does not seem to be a "bad room" at the place! Our room and the property truly had everything you could need. If there were amenities missing all you'd have to do is, ask the front desk and they will be more than willing to help you. We were in need of an iron and ironing board, and they tracked one down for us! |There were plenty of people visiting while we were there, but we always felt like there was no one around at the same time. It was so quiet and relaxing. |I believe that yes, most people would look at the prices and think that is it is a little expensive. However, sometimes you get what you pay for. I truly believe we spent 5 nights at one of the most beautiful places and that comes with a price tag. We would do it all over again and probably will one day. We would recommend this slice of paradise to anyone!

Pacific Sands Beach Resort was nothing short of amazing! Every aspect of it was outstanding! From checking in with the friendly staff, to our beach front hot tub suite, the ocean and mountains, sunsets, walking on the beach, exploring the property, the friendly & welcoming staff, meeting new people to ultimately ending our trip with getting married on their slice of heaven on Earth....literally everything was unbelievable!!!!! Thank you for having US! We will be back and highly recommend this get away to anyone looking to relax, unwind and get back to the simple things in life!
