We had a group of seven and we a bit of a complicated group but the booking was remarkably easy and straight forward! We had a 3 hours tour of Swartz Bay with EJ and Casey where we were able to seals, small whales and other marine life. Members of our group had water fights were even joined by EJ and Casey. Both of them were very professional in their tour and created a very safe environment despite the large size of our group! Thank you very much Casey and EJ for this great tour, everyone had a great time! 🤼

I had booked a three-hours kayak tour. I chose Pacifica Paddle Sport because of the good reviews and its good location. I was not disappointed! From the friendly welcome to the tour guide, everything was great! I was lucky and was the only participant in the group. Because of that, I got a private tour with my guide, Jack. Fantastic! Jack always made sure I was okay and wanted me to have the best experience. We saw sea eagles, raccoons, herons, starfish, and lots of seals. It was a very successful experience, and I recommend it to everyone! I'll probably feel sore muscles all week 😉

A beautiful place to paddle. We did a two hour tour around Swartz Bay with EJ, who was friendly and helpful. They have many different kinds of kayaks to choose from. Our guide had great local knowledge of the area, currents, tides, etc. We saw sea cucumbers and sea stars in the rocky intertidal zone, a mink, a river otter, seals and birds. The views of the other islands and the bay and the Olympics in the distance are beautiful.

Great experience with our tour guide EJ! We were two intermediate experience kayakers plus one novice (me). EJ made extraordinary efforts to fit us all with the appropriate gear from boats on down and to tailor the tour to our wants and needs. Wonderful quiet, scenic area to explore. Highly recommended!

I missed my ferry today to Salt Spring and Pacifica saved my morning. A quick drive away from Swartz and I was on a SUP moments later. Best way to spend my morning as it was another two hour wait to catch the next ferry. Thanks Sandra for hooking me up on such a beautiful day on the calm waters!

Their online booking system is really easy to use, and their staff is really knowledgeable and helpful. I'll definitely be back. The only opportunity for improvement would be having an explanation on their website about how to find them. They are tucked in the back corner of a sizeable Marina. It took me a bit to figure out where E Dock is as I'm not super familiar with Marinas. It would be nice to have a map and written directions. Other than that (and it is very minor), I was impressed overall.

We try to do a family paddle each time we visit family on Vancouver Island - and we couldn’t have been more impressed with Aaron at Pacifica Paddle Sports Swartz Bay North Saanich. He was so welcoming, safety conscious and knowledgeable. His attention to safety extended from ensuring our life vests fit properly, to set up in the kayaks. He offered and we accepted a refresher on body position best practice in ocean kayaks. He walked us through the best places to see wild life - and off we went. In our two hours on the water - we lost count of how many seals, jelly fish, herons and eagles we saw. What a great place to paddle! Thank you Aaron - You made our annual family paddle incredibly special!
