It was my first time kayaking with a friend and Paddle Pirates made it a great experience! The owner was accommodating of our session start time, and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and wildlife. Big thank you to Wanda! She was lovely, thorough with our safety, and very helpful. We’re planning to go again soon with more friends. Highly recommended!

We had a great time kayaking. It was our first time and Sarah was so informative and kind. She made the whole experience wonderful from start to end! We went closer to 7:00 so we got to see the sunset which was beautiful!

My friend and I went on our first kayaking experience on Saturday September 2nd and loved it! The wonderful lady suggested we do individual kayaks to avoid the frustration of trying to balance together and upgraded us for free. She was amazing. She showed us the form and was right when we said in no time we would pick it up. I’m so excited to go out again!

We had Kim help my dad and I, and she was absolutely amazing. We were a little iffy on whether or not the kayak would be comfortable for my dad as he’s super tall, so we asked if we could come by and try it out before making the booking. Once we were set she said was able to accommodate a walk-in even though their site clearly states bookings only.

She was super friendly and kind and guided us throughout the entire process as we were very nervous to try kayaking for the first time. She gave us tips and we practiced before we hopped on and was very patient as we decided to switch kayaks as my dad was not very comfortable.

She even cheered us on once we got the hang of it and took pics of us and air dropped it. She even gave company to my mom even though she had worked for quite a few hrs straight. She went above and beyond!! Thank you Kim you are a true gem!!

Definitely rent through Paddle Pirates! We rented a pedal boat through the Pickering location, and Wanda was the best. Super helpful and was really patient with us being first time users of a pedal boat. The whole family really enjoyed the experience, and when we visit Canada again we will definitely rent from Paddle Pirates.

Had a wonderful time kayaking at Frenchman’s Bay and Sebastien & Sofie were awesome hosts. It was super easy to book even at the last minute. From the pointers to getting us safety into the kayak, and the accessories for safety including a walkie talkie, gave us peace of mind knowing we were in good hands. Overall great service and very relaxing place to paddle. I highly recommend Paddle Pirates!

I have a great first time with these guys! I had only been kayaking once or twice before but canoed many times so was a little iffy but Kim made me feel totally st ease and even said I could go on for longer of I wanted! Great friendly service and beautiful area for first timers or regulars! Def recommend

Amazing experience kayaking around the marinas, alongside the swans, and even got to experience some waves out in the deep water. Kim was great and helped make it even more special and took some awesome photos for us!
