I recently booked a cruise to Italy and Greece through this travel agency, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service! Susie was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made sure every detail of my trip was taken care of. My friends and I booked our Punta Cana Vacation with Padovani Travel. Susie was amazing to deal with. She looked after us in every way possible. She was even on standby for us, when the airport in Punta Cana was in complete disorganized chaos. She was at the ready to get us a room or another flight if we did not get through. Cannot recommend Padovani enough, and look up Susie for top notch service with a smile.

Spoke to Tricia about booking a trip 4 days ago and haven’t heard from her since. It was a last-minute trip and needed to be booked ASAP. She had told me that she would text me and email options after we got off the phone… I followed up with an email and still received no response. I’ve since used another travel agency and had very limited options as so much time was wasted with this agency. Terrible customer service.

*In response to the below, Tricia didn’t fail to get back to me in a “timely manner”. She did not respond at all to my call or email. It has now been 1.5 weeks. If you are too busy, that is fine. But don’t take the business and then ghost the client. Especially when you have knowledge that the trip needed to be booked immediately. The only response I have finally received is a voicemail apology nearly two weeks after the initial contact. While the apology is appreciated, it is late and I will not be using your agency in the future.

This review is long over due.
My husband and I met up with Kathy at Padovani Travel and she helped us plan our 2 week trip to Italy back in September of 2024 and she was a delight. She is knowledgeable and is confident in what she does, I have nothing but positive things to say. Our trip was wonderful with ZERO issues. I would recommend Padovani Travel and Kathy to any one and everyone.

Tricia is amazing. We use her for all of our travel insurance needs since we always book our flights directly with the airlines. She is such a lovely lady, personable, friendly, efficient, a real pleasure to deal with. When the time comes to book a cruise or European holiday we will most definitely call on Tricia to look after it for us, knowing she will take great care of us. She is a gem!

Susan Cooper is absolutely outstanding. We just went through an extremely stressful few days, as almost all flights at Pearson were delayed or canceled due to a severe snowstorm.

Our plane was delayed multiple times, and we had to navigate the issues each time. We had never dealt with this, and relied on Susan for a great deal of help.

She happened to have come down with the flu as the snowstorm hit, and I could tell she was feeling terrible, but she never once let us down. She answered every text, every call, every question right away. She monitored the flights for us and gave excellent advice.

One of the things she helped me figure out early on was whether to get full trip insurance. I did, and now we have a full voucher for the trip we missed last week. We are going in March, no further costs.

This woman is the real deal. Plan your trip with her! You won’t regret it.
