This was the first time I booked through a travel agent and it surely will be my last. Tammy did not make my experience any easier than it would have been booking on my own. I felt like things were more difficult going through an agent when supposedly it should be an easier experience and much more affordable but it costed me an arm and a leg. When I wanted to change my flight, she wanted handling fees and other sorts of fees without allowing me to fly the class I requested for, stating it was not available but when I called the airline company, seats were available. I felt like the options Tammy gave me were extremely restricted AND expensive and non-accommodating. It sucked because I wasn't the only one with the bad experience with her, but also my mom, my dad, my daughter, and my boyfriend, so you can only imagine the cost of changing all these flights back and forth. I will never make a booking with her again, and I do not recommend anyone else to.

Great customer service from Connie Ler! Just booked a cruise trip for my family, it was hard to find spots for 5 of us.
