Cute little spot for a picnic or jus to take in the view. The beach was fairly rocky but still lots to explore.

Cute and quiet place for a picnic. One washroom and no playground area. Rocky and pretty waterfront.

If you're looking for a beach, then head down the road a bit further. But if you're looking for a secluded, rugged, and peaceful place to have lunch or go for a stroll, this hidden gem is worth the trip.

A local favourite of ours, though it's probably a little plain for someone just passing through. The beach is pretty, but rocky. Good picnic spots throughout with well kept Tash bins and outhouses. Often wildlife around, including hares and owls.

A great spot if you're looking for a peaceful stop.

What a charming little tuck away. The area is very pretty with an amazing view of the water. We went early in the morning to collect shells (such a tourist) and were happily surprised by the cleanliness of the beach and no fish smell. Spent a couple hours walking the beach, met others doing the same and noted the clear water out as far as we could see. Rolled up the pant legs and walked in. Very nice and quiet. Great way to start a day with our Tim Hortons.
