We stayed here for 3 nights in the jacuzzi suite for my boyfriend's birthday. Everything was wonderful. Amazing, helpful staff, the rooms were clean (the jacuzzi was the cleanest I've ever seen) delicious continental breakfast with several hot breakfast options (the little sausages are so good!), very centrally located right by the hospital with easy access to everything. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel itself. Glenda, the sweet lady that runs the breakfast room and housekeeping in absolutely amazing! She ran her butt off ensuring everyone had everything they needed and all the breakfast items were filled. I hope the hotel owners and guests know how very lucky they are to have her! Treat this wonderful lady with respect and y'all, don't forget to tip- she deserves it!!!
Thank you for such an amazing stay, we will definitely be back again and again.

Stayed 3 nights. It is centrally located and reasonably close to sports venues. Great price point. Park Hill Inn has clean rooms and hallways with hardworking staff that are friendly and accommodating. They have a wonderful breakfast (which is a draw) along with a staff person, Glenda, who works hard to make sure the breakfast room and tables are clean and food supplies well stocked.

Note: True, there is a homeless population in the area but did not appear to be an issue. We felt comfortable walking the trails during the day in the lovely forested area across from the hotel.
A previous reviewer commented to make sure your vehicle is clear of any visible items as a precautionary move… which we followed and our vehicle was fine.

Would recommend, would stay again. Thanks Park Hill!

Marga and jordeen ( sounds like that) were very helpful and accommodating! Marga helped me to move into other room because my room in the first floor was not that clean and I was itchy with the blanket and totally not comfortable. She moved me into the new room which I really like it! She even checked on me the whole 3 nights that I stayed in there. The lady in the breakfast room was very friendly and nice and the breakfast was great too.very affordable and great to stay.

I stayed in Red Deer for a family emergency. This hotel was very convenient. The staff was great, the rooms were good.A nice breakfast menu.Marga went above expectations to assist me and made my stay enjoyable. Will stay again.

Great play to stay, location is perfect and for the price it is an absolute great deal. Staff are so amazing, friendly and accommodating. Beautiful nature walking paths across the street. Everything you could need within walking distance, and a close drive for everything else.

Special thanks to Maureen at the front desk and Glenda for the great breakfast every morning. We will definitely stay here when we come to Red Deer in the future. 😊

Giving it 3 stars because it's really only a 3 star place. But that being said, it was a very clean, safe and acceptable room, and reasonanly close to the hospital.
There is a Tim Hortons almost in the same lot.

Oddly, the bathroom sink was in the main part of the room, so any washing up or teeth brushing was done in the open room.
We had a bit of an issue getting the TV to work. The front desk person came to help but couldn't get it either, and she even offered us another room which we declined.
After fiddling with the remote a bit more the guide suddenly loaded and all worked fine.

The included breakfast was good. I enjoyed the nice fluffy scrambled eggs and toast, but there were waffles and sausages, hashbrowns and fruit, yogurt.. lots of choices.
All in all a good place to stay.
I would stay there again.

Wow. What a great place. Room is a good size. Has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and huge tv. The mattress was so comfortable, I actually slept in. The large window has drapes to keep the sun out and when open has a privacy blind. The shower has great water pressure and a wonderful handheld unit. The sink counter has tons of space. April took care of refreshing our room daily, very pleasant and efficient. The hot breakfast also includes fruits and yogurt. Glenda is a delightful breakfast room attendant. Several coffee machines means lots hot coffee ready. A very convenient location as well. We will most definitely stay again when visiting Red Deer.

TLDR- Overall really good experience, clean rooms, good staff, really good location.

Overall good, front desk staff was pleasant when talked to, that being said, they didn't seem "warm and welcoming" like you would expect in passing, cleaning staff was thorough, room was nice, would've given 5 room stars but the lamps buzzed and the washroom light flickered when turned on. Otherwise the rooms were very nice and clean, location is very nice, food gas and a grocery store in walking distance.
