I traveled for the first time with VIA. I arrived at the station and did not see any signage indicating that I was required to register my license plate. I spoke to an agent the night I booked my boarding pass and nothing was said then either. I also spoke with the attendant at the train station and she did not indicate that I needed to register my license plate. I am a senior citizen and was very nervous about traveling since it WAS my first time and going to Toronto. I am requesting that this fine be cancelled in light of the fact that no one ever indicated that I needed to and no signage anywhere in sight. I disputed this and received a reply that says there is signage, if there is it is NOT visible. I have asked to have this escalated.

They pretend they dont receive your Email so they dont have to refund any money or deal with complaints so I deleted the Indigo Park App
