Don't go to the center in Carling Street. The service is really bad. First, the prices do not match the price on their website. Check before you go there, it’s twice as expensive. In addition, she adds that they do not have control over the website to modify it and I got scared because I entered personal data there. How can you not have control over your company's website? Is that just scary? So who has access to our personal information? Furthermore, they are supposed to do a consultation since you pay a fee, but the lady only asks me if I came for the yellow fever vaccine and I asked her if it wasn't her role to tell me what to do? She took my comment the wrong way and kicked me and my children out. She slammed the door behind me so hard that my 20 month old started crying. I'm happy to have left there, I would never have entrusted my children in the hands of an incompetent person.

N’allez surtout pas au centre de Carling Street. Le service est vraiment mauvais. Premièrement, les prix ne correspondent pas au prix sur le site. Vérifier avant de vous y rendre, c’est deux fois plus coûteux. De plus, elle ajoute qu’ils n’ont pas de contrôle sur le site pour le modifier et moi, j’ai pris peur parce que j’y ai entré des données personnelles. Comment ne pouvez-vous pas avoir le contrôle sur un site de votre compagnie ? C’est tout simplement effrayant ? Qui a donc accès à nos informations personnelles ? De plus, ils sont supposés faire une consultation vu que tu payes des frais, mais la dame me demande uniquement si je suis venu pour le vaccin de la fièvre jaune et moi, je lui ai demandé si ce n’était pas à elle de me dire quoi faire ? Elle a mal pris mon commentaire et m’a foutu à la porte moi et mes enfants. Elle a claqué la porte derrière moi tellement si fort que ma petite de 20 mois s’est mise à pleurer. Je suis heureuse d’être parti de là, je n’aurais jamais confié mes enfants entre les mains d’une personne incompétente.

C'est la première fois que j'utilise ce genre de service et j'étais vraiment contente. Le service était excellent et rapide. L'infirmier Jonathan était très excellent et gentil en même temps très généreux. Il m'a bien expliqué tout le contexte. Hourra ! Je suis très contente de voyager en sécurité.

C'était une première expérience avec les services de Passport Health sur la rue Carlington à Ottawa et je recommande cet endroit sans aucune hésitation. Les informations et les explications de l'infirmière Nicole étaient claires, professionnelles et pertinentes. Un service d'une très grande qualité et d'un grand professionnalisme.

EDIT: Nurse (Marlene) never booked his appointment on Tuesday anyways. Totally tried to cover her tracks for not putting the appointment in on Thursday. We have requested Clinic Owner/Manager to call. So far, no response. Not a shred of giving a damn.

Poor customer service. My son booked a TB test online. Arrived on time and told could not be done as it was a Thursday. Then told him it was his error as he booked on a long weekend (why would system let him then?) He booked to come back Tuesday. Received a cancellation notice he did not initiate. No one will confirm this after several emails. Who knows if he really does have an appt today at 215pm!!? Seems they're treating a young man poorly instead of taking on their own accountability.

I had a wonderful experience at Passport Health When I went in for a TB skin test. The staff welcomed me warmly and treated me with kindness and professionalism. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients and aren't driven by money. The entire process was smooth, and I left feeling well cared for. Highly recommend this Facility.

Very poor customer service.

I booked a consultation for two people, first thing in the morning.

We arrived 10 minutes late due to a traffic accident that caused delays. I called ahead and let them know.

I arrived at the office at 0910 and was told since we where 10 minutes late the appointment was canceled and a late fee applied.

I completely understand not wanting to set back a schedule which impacts the rest of the day - so I suggested we cancel my appointment and just do a one person consult instead.

I was fine with paying the 2 person fee and seeing as we were the first appointment of the day AND had 35 minutes left in a 45 minute time slot this seemed reasonable. No impact to their schedule.

There was no one else in the waiting room and surely if you they run a consult for 2 people in a 45 minute time slot then you can run one in 35 minutes.

The nurse said she would not have time Again, I suggested a solution but was met with the same answer - no time.

Although she was pleasant and professional, this seemed like an easy solution for a service that I had paid for and she was unwilling to even consider it.
