Had a great experience with Pedals and paddles today. We rented a kayak for the first time and they made us feel very safe and explained everything very well. Saw seals, sea stars and lots of birds on the route they recommended. Everyone was super friendly, would absolutely recommend!

We had a wonderful time on this tour! We went with our two boys, 8 and 10. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, engaging and great with the kids. Highly recommend Matt! The boys love wildlife, so he took us into an inlet where we saw seals sunning on an island. We also went through a shallow spot with sea stars, jellyfish, sea cucumbers and crabs. It was an absolute highlight kayaking with these guys. Can't recommend it enough!

We went as a group of 4. We rented the single kayaks and went to Tuwanek Beach, which was the perfect place for a picnic and a swim in the ocean. It was a beautiful day. It was so peaceful and there were so many seals sun bathing on the rocks. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very comfortable, especially for this being our first time kayaking. I highly recommend Pedals and Paddles!!

We had an amazing kayaking experience with Pedals & Paddles over the Labour Day long weekend! The company was efficient, friendly, and personable, but what truly made our outing special was our fantastic guide, Matthew Douglas. From the moment we set out, Matthew was engaging, asked thoughtful questions, and connected with our group on so many levels. His extensive knowledge and passion for the Sechelt Inlet, where he grew up, shone through and made exploring the area with him an absolute joy.

If you're considering an adventure with Pedals & Paddles, we highly recommend them—and if you get the chance to paddle with Matthew, you're in for a memorable experience!

Great experience renting Kayaks with Pedals and Paddles. Staff were flexible, friendly, and helpful. Pedals and Paddles is located in a beautiful spot along the Sechelt inlet and Kayaking to the "aquarium" was the highlight of my weekend trip to Sechelt. Water was clear and we saw many seals, starfish, and sea cucumbers on our 2 hour paddling journey. I look forward to coming back again.
