Paul used to work at the other drug store. I would only come in when I knew he was there. He would never sugarcoat anything. If I needed to take something he would tell me.
When I heard he was opening his own store, i was quick to move my family to it. All the staff there are friendly, knowledgeable and fast to help. If something needs to be filled, I can usually get it same day or next. There's no hassle.
The store has everything needed in it, and is clean, inside and out.. The hours are also perfect, with Paul offering delivery and after hours service. This is the perfect store.

My husband and I are very blessed to have the services of Paul's Norwood Pharmacy. We are treated with utmost respect, friendliness and warmth every time we visit Paul's Pharmacy. We really appreciate the concern and care Paul, Brooklyn, Emily and Eileen show us. We are really happy that we have Paul and his fantastic team who genuinely care and help us whenever we have a question or concern. They really go above and beyond the call of duty!

Was passing through, had an aggregating eye infection, (farming accident), eye almost swelled shut, tried everywhere in Peterborough to get help, virtual clinics, walk-in clinics, pharmacies and couldn't get any help. So I just googled walk-in clinics and pharmacies near me, lo and behold I followed a map and it brought me to Paul's. The girls were friendly out front, listen to my concern and within minutes Paul was getting me just what I needed for my eye. Lots of laughs, great humor, professional and so willing to help. I couldn't believe the great luck I had call that's not very often you get that lucky. Thanks Paul and all the staff I wish you guys well.

When you walk through the doors you are greeted by your first name by one of their always smiling staff members. They will know by heart the status of your prescription and direct you on the next steps right away. If you need to speak with Paul (or one of their other pharmacists) you will be given the most thorough directions about your medications. You are always assured that you can call anytime with questions so you never leave feeling overwhelmed or uncertain.
We lucky to have such an incredible team serving our community.
