It was a lovely 2 night stay at this cute place with Joel being the most happy go lucky guy along with this helper. Those 2 were always smiling and helped in every way possible.

We visited this month so the pool was frozen. But the backyard with the lake and little forest was just dreamy. It has a small dock which made it even more pretty.

You can do bonfire, play with the children and lots of other activities and sports with your friends and family.

Everything was in working condition in the room. From the kitchen appliances to the washroom sanitation. Highly recommended!

We just stayed for a night while we were in town. We got the one bedroom suite because the price wasn't much different from having just a room. It was like our own little apartment with a front door and a back balcony. Everything was really clean and new looking and the view to the back was beautiful and quiet. Would definitely come back! So much better than a big hotel in a parking lot!

Our stay at Pinedale was absolutely lovely. I'm a housekeeper by trade and I have to say the room was spotless and everything was so tidy. It had all the amenities we needed. The staff were kind and helpful and provided excellent service. This was a last minute stay but we loved it so much we want to make it a tradition to come back and stay a lot more. Couldn't be happier! Thank you for the experience. I highly recommend Pinedale. ❤️

Stayed here in the off season and were not really sure what to expect, but it was perfect for our needs.

The main lobby/pool areas was extremely clean.

It’s an Inn and the rooms reflect this, but the sheets looked brand new, and it was well maintained.

Staff were very friendly, and if you are travelling with a pet it is a no brainer, their pet fee is minimal, it has a dog run area (in the summer) and the staff are very pet oriented.

Never been to Grand Bend before, but may consider it in the summer now we know there is an option for us to stay.

During a state of emergency, the folks of Pinedale Inn Efficiency were incredibly kind and showed the upmost humanity.. I cannot say the same for others we contacted. Thank you for your hospitality and shelter during such a stressful time. Your staff greeted each day with warmth, and the accomodations were incredibly comforting (and comfortable) at a time where we needed the most. We were surprised that a motel had so much to offer - a kitchenette, multiple comfy beds and a cozy living room to escape the stress. Grateful for you all!! Looking forward to staying at the property and enjoying the lake with less snow next time.. 😉

Owners were very accommodating. We were driving 4 hours away to take our grandchildren to Santa’s Village so we were watching the weather. We booked the family suite, then cancelled due to weather forecast then rebooked again. Owner was very nice and totally understood. Pool was great for the kids. BBQ’s on site if you wanted to bbq. Beautiful view of Gull Lake from balcony. We were ground floor but still had a nice balcony. Accommodations were perfect for what we needed and got good value for the money we paid. Would definitely stay again.

In Gravenhurst for concert at the Opera House. Pinedale was perfect location, 10 minutes away. Beautiful lakefront location with a beautiful view from our room. Room was ideal, efficiency kitchen where we had breakfast & lunch. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Large lakefront grounds. Close enough to bicycle to downtown Gravenhurst and Muskoka Wharf.

The location was nice with the view of the lake from the balcony and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was friendly, and although the motel is old, I could tell they made an effort to keep it clean overall. However, the lack of ventilation fans in both the kitchen and bathroom was inconvenient. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, so I had to keep the window open. The shower was difficult to use, and the bathtub wasn't clean. There was also hair on the towels.
