Definitely not the same pizza as when Hal owned it. Pizza sauce has no flavor, toppings weren’t what we ordered and skimpy. Crust overdone and tough. Garlic fingers were good though but cheap on donair sauce ($2.50 for approx 2 tbsp worth) won’t be back

I have ordered from here multiple times and the beats have always been consistent. Always love ordering from here as I know I will get good quality pizza.

The pizza factory service was fast.
Limited on selection of slices for lunch tho as they only had a pepperoni and bacon available today. They do a lunch deal where you get a slice of pizza, a can of pop and a chocolate bar for $8 & change.
The pizza was good if you aren't vegetarian or insistent on having the works or other options. The Subs there are very good😋
Especially toasted in the oven.
I have only tried the steak and mushroom sub so far but it was delicious & I mean so good I'd have a hard time ordering a different kind knowing how good that one was😋
They are very busy there during lunch hour Monday to Friday because the local high-school students frequent this spot no doubt for the competitive prices and affordable lunch special🙂
Friendly staff, quick service & a good place to pop in for food on the go.
Not a lot of space for eat-in but they do have 2 or 3 tables with bar stools available.
It's a small establishment in the heart of downtown Middleton, clean, quiet with low lighting which helps make it feel like a relaxing space to enjoy good food.
I recommend popping in & giving it a try.
The 3 star rating today is based on the lack of options for different kinds of pizza slices not the quality of food.

Toppings on our pizzas seem to have a mind of their own, sliding off with every bite, even when generously adorned with more than five toppings. The crust, sadly, lacks the spark of craftsmanship and passion, offering a forgettable experience that fails to ignite any culinary excitement. Overall, it's evident that there's a lack of genuine dedication behind the making of these pizzas, leaving much to be desired for those seeking a truly satisfying dining experience.

We moved to the Maritimes three years ago, and this is the best pizza we've had, hands down! And that's visiting alot of cities & towns throughout PEI, NB & NS.

We were doing a little five day roadtrip through the western half of Nova Scotia: Digby to Yarmouth through the Acadian Shore, the South Shore, up to Windsor & through the Annapolis Valley & back to the Digby ferry. Came to Middleton a little late one night - Pizza Factory was open! Whew.

I went in & talked to a nice young dude that reminded me of Sly Stone if he were 18 - super nice, accommodating - we told him we were gonna to go across the street to the Capital Pub for a couple 'a beers & was it OK to grab a hot pie at 10pm when they closed. No problem.

Came back at 10, took the hot & heavy pizza to our motel down the street, and all three of us pizza nuts were astounded. Great crust - thin, but able to hold up the toppings (sausage, green olives, green peppers, onion). Good amount of cheese, well baked, great sauce - it really hit all the points. Nice disbursement of toppings, diced - you could tell they gave a damn! And it tasted even better.

Nice kids running the joint. Best pizza we've had in three years. Highly recommended!

Great food kind of small if looking to eat there

Last night I ordered for my family. Paid $140 including delivery. The girl that took my order on the phone was very rude and impatient. Fast forward my food arrived and was gross. Pizzas had more sauce than toppings. Ordered chicken wings only half the order was cooked properly. My daughter has been up all night with what I'm guessing is food poisoning as she has no fever so there is no excuse for the vomiting and severe stomach pains she has other symptoms that i wont mention. The only good part of the order was the donair egg rolls. I can definitely tell you that it wasn't worth the $140 that I paid and I will never be ordering from them again.
