Très mauvais service ce soir. Pharmacien insouciant et arrogant. Ça fait 11 ans que je vais là puis qu on me donne la prescription et là, parce que la dernière fois j ai du transférer la prescription à une autre succursale, on refuse de m aider ce soir. J ai une infection urinaire et je veux être capable d aller enseigner à mes petits choux demain. Je ne demande pas des narcotiques quand même! Quand on demande de l aide et qu on se fait répondre madame c est pas comme si tu commandais un Big Mac…. Gros manque de professionnalisme…. Que tu dois suivre ton processus je comprends mais de me faire parler de même, c est inacceptable!

This Casselman location would be more accurately called: "Jean Can't-Do"

I arrived nearly an hour after opening and noticed the line at the cash was five people deep and the person running the register was moving at a rate that would explain the backlog.

This observation prompted me to briefly look around to get a sense of the staff / management style of this business. I noted a number of employees milling around, none of which saw fit to open another cash to clear the backlog. Ok, fair - I do not know the expectations of the staff, and perhaps they are not really keen on opening a cash for only a few minutes at a time to clear queues.

I waited nearly five minutes in line after which time it was my turn and I politely asked the cashier about having someone help me with having adult passport photos taken.

Imagine my surprise when the cashier told me that they "cannot take any passport photos today because two people called in sick and we are short-staffed".

Heh.

Those three other staff members must have some mission critical tasking that would prevent them from taking the five minutes (the time it took the Embrun location not but 30 minutes later) required to complete this service.

It is precisely this approach / mentality that degrades the public image of a business. I can't honestly ever see myself coming back here unless I am really desperate.

I have been going to this pharmacy since moving to Casselman after my separation and must say that Sam and his team have been amazing. Always willing to take the time to answer questions I may have about ailments and etc. Great service all around! Thank you!

I’m not a big fan of Jean Coutu in my past experiences but I have to say this location is superb! The staff is super friendly. I was greeted and helped right away with a knowledgeable staff that knew exactly where it was I was looking for. The pharmacist, Claire was absolutely amazing. I love this location and will continue to shop here.

I live 30 minutes away and had to print photos so I called and ask if the machine was working. The employee tells me it does. I show up and the machine is out of service. Asked the employee why she told me the machine was working when it’s not. She said she thought I meant the printer? Another employee then showed up and said the printer wasn’t even working. I lost 1 hour of my life for nothing. Absolute garbage customer service.

On Nov8th around 1 o’ clock, I came by to order a prescription for Plan B and was helped by a woman working in the back. She gave me Repagyn claiming that it was a contraceptive. I read the label to be sure and found no sign to support this, I did some research on the brand and even called my own pharmacist and came to the conclusion that it wasn’t giving plan B at all. Once I voiced my concerns, this lady claimed again it was the same as plan B and that her manager had agreed. I returned it at the front cash still not convinced and the woman who helped me there was furious and agreed that this wasn’t a contraceptive. It is really worrying how I was intentionally misprescribed a very life impacting medication.
