Fantastic Birthday Celebration at Playcious!
We recently celebrated our child’s birthday at Playcious, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally professional, accommodating, and genuinely kind. They answered all our questions with patience and were incredibly supportive throughout the event. It’s important to note that while they do have certain guidelines to follow, they handle everything with great tact and flexibility.

A couple of standout moments:
• We had a fairly large group, but the cake-cutting and distribution were handled seamlessly by not one, but three staff members. This was impressive, especially compared to other venues where usually just one host manages the room.
• Our birthday girl missed out on the bumper cars during the scheduled time, but the staff kindly went out of their way to make sure she got a chance to enjoy the ride afterward. It meant a lot to us and made her day extra special.

All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Playcious for anyone planning a kid’s birthday party!

Kids had a great time at a birthday party! Loved how there were different areas for different ages including something for adults (like the bumper cars)! The arcade section was pretty great too but the cost per game was high (min 7-8 credits per game)
Party Rooms seemed spacious and Washroom were clean.
Would definitely recommend.

Attended birthday party for our kids’ friend. The place is located on outskirts and very well maintained.

There are different options for all age groups and the key highlight is:

- Bumper cars
- Rock Climbing

Also there are games, slides and physical hurdles. The kids had good fun in all activities.

Staff is good and helpful. The washrooms are clean and rooms are well maintained.

The place is accessible and there is free parking lots.

Hello. This is the best play place in the GTA! The cleanest brightest for kids of all ages! From rock climbing, bumper cars, toddler ride on animals and a massive play place, this place has it all. Extremely clean, everywhere it seems like an Immaculate play environment. We have been coming here for years! They have rooms for parties which are always packed on weekends, but never feels too packed or busy as the play space is so bright and spacious! This place is incomparable to other play places. The great food is fairly priced and prepared when you order. Great to meet Team Member/ partner Abdul this evening, very kind and proud of their facility and it shows in the great and polite staff and the cleanliness of the place. Thanks for being fairly priced and an overall great place to gather with family and friends and make memories! A ton of space for parents to sit and chat and still see their children as the place allows for that and is adult friendly throughout! A major factor when attending play places. I like to be able to follow the toddler if needed.

On Yesterday my daughter was her birthday …. And I did the birthday at playcious (Oakville) …firstly I would like to thank playcious team members for all the wonderful services. And special Thanks to Sassi for the awesome service and kindness, you guys took great care of us and all the staff members for our party were great. My guests went back home happy, and it was a very nice experience at the place. My family and I couldn't have asked for a better birthday for my daughter, and we will definitely come back again and again.

This is good place for kids to play and good for hosting kids birthday party. The birthday packages provide halls for celebration along with pizza and juice for kids and then playtime in the play area.

My son had been here before with his grandmother but it was my first time. I felt that the price of a two hour bday party for 10 kids was slightly high- however we did all enjoy ourselves. The kids had a great time and the parents all really enjoyed the bumper cars & climbing tower! We even did a few parent versus matches of who could get to the top the quickest! Super clean place & Very appreciative of the staff for being so attentive, will definitely be back!❤️

We recently hosted our daughter's Frozen-themed birthday party at Playcious Oakville and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire process, from reservation to the end of the party, was seamless. When we arrived, the room was beautifully decorated and ready for us, eliminating the need for any setup.

A dedicated party organizer was assigned to us, allowing us to focus on enjoying the celebration and catching up with our guests. They ensured that everything ran smoothly, from serving the cake to the kids after the cake-cutting ceremony to setting up tables and keeping everything organized. The team also took care of all the post-party cleanup, making the experience completely stress-free.

Their attentiveness and helpfulness throughout the event made it truly enjoyable. We highly recommend Playcious Oakville for a hassle-free and memorable kids' birthday party!
