We love coming to Playtopia! The staff are always so welcoming and cheerful. The monthly pass is a great value for those who come frequently too! Weeknights are generally low numbers so that is lovely. Weekends tend to be quite busy, as they offer birthday party packages. It's can be a bit of a sensory overload if your child is sensitive to that. Otherwise, highly recommend as a fun family adventure!

Best place for a birthday or any party.
This indoor playground is a fantastic space! The kids had a blast, the equipment is well-maintained, and it's a great place for a safe and fun day out, whether for a birthday party or just a regular visit I booked for my daughter birthday and it turned out so good.
It’s very clean and well maintained, staffs are very friendly and helpful. They have a playing area for smaller kids to age 12. It’s really well designed to be safe and secure for the kids.
I booked my daughter’s 10th birthday yesterday and trust me I didn’t had to worry about anything. Kids had blast in the trampoline, led slides, ninja course and battle beam. They also have arcade games inside.
Make sure you have grip socks on.

I would like to thank the entire team of Playtopia for the wonderful memories they gave to my baby girl birthday. Special thanks to Zara who was my host and handling everything very smoothly. Communication was very clear with her. She kept checking on us and asking if we needed anything.

I would highly recommend this place for the kids as well as the parents.

I took my 8 year-old grandson to Playtopia last Saturday and was very pleasantly surprised at what a great experience it was!!! Since it not massive, it was easy to keep an eye on him while he was enjoying himself. There was plenty of places to sit and view the play area which is very much appreciated for us “old-ish” Grandparents. The Staff were very accessible, helpful, and very customer-services oriented! I will return with him again!!

Worth every penny! There’s so much for the kids to do in there. Multi level playground, huge slides, trampolines, trampoline basket ball nets. There’s so much in there, plus the arcade. The water trampoline things for the little kids was cool too!

My daughter had an incredible birthday celebration at playtopia. The service was almost perfect, the staff are helpful and the place is beautiful. 😍 Our guest and kids really enjoyed the day. My only recommendation is that we should have extra time after the party so that kids can play more after the party. Other than that everything is almost perfect. From booking to the party it all went smoothly. I highly recommend playtopia. Thank you for making our daughter’s birthday celebration fun-tastic.❤️

We had an Amazing birthday here for my son! His friends and their parents had such a great time nice new clean facility with private party rooms and a perfect place for small and older kids to play! They also have an arcade! We got exceptional service from Ratu for our party she helped me with all the details during the event and made it so easy for me! Highly recommend for your next kids party! 🎊

We recently hosted birthday party and it exceeded all our expectations! The facility is immaculately clean, which immediately put us at ease, especially with little ones running around. Every corner of the play space is thoughtfully designed to be both safe and fun for kids of all ages.

What really stood out were the beautifully decorated party rooms—bright, cheerful, and picture-perfect for any celebration. You can tell a lot of care and creativity went into the setup, making it feel really special and festive.

The customer service was truly exceptional. Thanks to Ratu she helped us organizing it. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about creating a great experience for the kids and parents alike.

Whether you’re planning a party or just looking for a fun day out, I can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Five Stars – Amazing Place for Kids!

Playtopia in St. Catharines is hands-down one of the best indoor play places I’ve ever taken my son to! The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely great with kids, which makes a huge difference as a parent. The jungle gym is next level — huge, clean, and packed with fun challenges that keep my little guy entertained for hours. The trampolines are awesome too, giving the kids a great outlet for their energy in a safe environment. One of my son’s absolute favourites is the Jurassic Park arcade game — he talks about it non-stop and runs straight to it every time we visit! Highly recommend for a fun family outing — Playtopia never disappoints.
