Food is good. Rooms are comfortable.
Hotel could use some light general maintenance. On 2 major roads in city for easy access but parking is not easy for bigger work trucks.

I travel a lot for work. The Podollan is clean and has a really nice spa downstairs. I had a pretty terrible experience here tho despite this. At about 9:30pm, while I was asleep two people entered my room waking me up and leaving asking myself, “wtf?!” I looked out into the hall to see a front desk staff and a guest walking away. Ok, probably an honest mistake. When I called the front desk to find out what happened there was absolutely no apology for letting a strange guest into my room or offer to rectify the situation. After not sleeping at all that night (it’s rattling having two men enter your room while you’re asleep) the front desk did comp the room. It would have been super kind of the hotel to take a step further and offer something of value in the way of an apology. What an absolutely terrible experience.

The rooms here are really gross. We had fond memories of this hotel, so we were happy to stay here, but we won’t be back. Our sink had hair all over it, and if they can’t even clean the sink, how bad are the other areas?

A wonderful place to go and the lobby looks incredibly professional, decorations aren't too much but just enough to provide the experience of walking into a good hotel. The spa area is incredibly clean and is consistently restocked and the staff are very helpful. The lobby was clean

DO NOT PARK UNDERGROUND. My vehicle was broken into down there (window smashed) and all the hotel said was park at your own risk & they did nothing even though I paid good money to stay there because I thought I was safe. They weren’t even going to call me but the other victims (7 vehicles were broken into) made the hotel call me & it was like 5 hours later!!! Photo was after some nice people help me. Hotel DID NOT HELP CLEAN UP. Very disappointed and would not return.

Hotel staff are pleasant but the rooms are not great at all. Peeling paint, taps don’t work properly, room smells, very dark, and the the bed and pillows OMG really bad. Spend the extra couple bucks and stay somewhere proper. I stay here for work and unfortunately have no options but for who do stay away. Very cheap and not kept up at all.
