Delicious complimentary breakfast and Ashna is amazing in making sure that breakfast buffet is well stocked and everyone enjoyed their servings.
Rooms are very well appointed, beds and pillows are comfy. Nice clean bathrooms and deep soak tub is refreshing.

I really enjoy coming to Fort McMurray because the room is great and the tubs are sooo deep. Breakfast is also a bonus because it’s free and Ashna always makes sure that the food is fresh and topped up. Thanks Ashna.

I never knew how hard a bed could really be, I had a very hard choice between the floor and the bed in the room. Sadly i chose the bed. Came here for the hot tub, hot tub out of service

The complimentary hot breakfast was a delight. Everything was clean,tidy, and well stocked! As I was finishing my breakfast, Ashna greeted me with such warm hospitality and checking in on how my food was. Her detail to attention is second to none as she makes sure my stay was comfortable and making me feel like a vip/family all at the same time.

This hotel is comfortable, like a home away from home. The bed was so comfortable, and there was a variety of pillows. The first pillow, I tried was too firm, the second was too soft but the third was just right!

This is an excellent hotel. The lobby and rooms are modern and comfortable. They also provide a great breakfast buffet. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

The toilet of my room wasn't working properly so I spoke with reception in the morning and they were very diligent sending the plumber early thing that day. When I came back from my work day that afternoon the toilet was working good. Unfortunately, late night the issue happened again. Next morning the reception person in charge apologize and gave me all discount on my bill.
I can say the hotel comun areas are simple but nice and the rooms looks like still under development. Simple and needs a little more decoration and better visual and confort. Mattress ok. Staff attention is excellent!
