The fried chicken was delicious and the meal deal was very affordable.
Portions were generous — a two-person meal was enough for three!
The restaurant was clean and the staff were very helpful.
Special thanks to Ms. Lovepreeth for her outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
Plenty of parking available.

The food is great, and I’m glad we finally have a real Popeyes here. However, I had a disappointing experience with the service. I was initially undercharged due to a staff mistake, but once they realized it, instead of handling it professionally, they delayed my order and made me pay the difference. An extra $8 isn’t a big deal for me or the store, but the way the situation was handled left a negative impression.

My family and I stopped in at this location. I’ve heard good things about Popeyes and never tried it before. I thought the chicken was amazing. Probably one of the best fast food dinners I had in a really long time. my children can be very picky, but they just gobbled up all the food. They thought it was amazing as well. I can’t wait to come back.

I’m disappointed that the gravy was not included in the delivery bag. It’s frustrating that I would have to go and get the gravy myself or give up on it. The fact that delivery isn’t available for this is unacceptable service. I paid the delivery also 😡😡😡

A full meal for under $15 - unheard of these days.

It is completely unusual for me to 5-star anything in Thompson, but I have to hand out the high rating for my recent visit. The new location is nice and clean, and the staff are super friendly.
Like any new opening, I'm a bit overly cautious of whether they can maintain this level...and time will certainly tell.
My only concern is the street noise level in relation to the drive-thru ordering screen. The traffic at the intersection often drowned out the person speaking on the intercom...which made for a few extra, "can you repeat that" statements.
All in all...I'll make a return visit and know that there is yet another take out food option in Thompson...which is always a positive thing!!
