A small town treasure, with friendly service, great prices, and delicious food. Rarely can you find a full and satisfying lunch for under $20, with a quaint atmosphere to enjoy with a friend. I have had the lunch special a couple of times and it never disappoints. The fresh baked goodies to choose from always leave you wanting another.

We loved our cupcakes made for our daughter's birthday, and we've gotten many other desserts and food from here and loved them all. Excellent prices and friendly treat-you-like family service. Highly recommend if you're looking for a bakery to order dessert for any occasion, a stop for a sweet or two, or their daily lunch specials. Such a versatile establishment.

Such a cute local owned bakery and bistro. I wasn't expecting such a big menu (they have sandwiches, french fries, chilli, soup, etc). I had a delicious sandwich on a homemade croissant and it was super good!

Two hefty sandwiches, soup and salad were flawless. Also tried the Nanaimo bar, donut, cinnamon roll with and without frosting. Everything met and exceeded my expectations all in a charming little dining room. I missed out on the cream rolls but that just leaves one more reason to come back!

Very good sandwiches and salad. I often order the turkey brie sandwich. They homemade Gluten Free bread is very, very good. Highly recommend.

Cute place with so much potential to be great.
But no line one table and a 40 minute wait for a salad, croissant, and an 8oz cappuccino is too long.
It’s so expensive too.
The cheese on my beef melt wasn’t melted, the beef in the middle of the sandwich was still cold. The lettuce was nearly white in my salad.
The chocolate croissant is the only saving grace of this experience. I’ve been here a few times prior and had the same issue with the absolutely ridiculous wait time. It’s my birthday, figured I’d treat myself to a nice lunch between classes today. Well it made me late for my next class. You’d think an hour would be enough time to get food. Apparently not.

Honestly, my favorite lunch spot in Vermilion, practically go there everyday! Their food is amazing and well priced. They always have great lunch specials - my go to is usually the soup and sandwich of the day.
Quick and friendly service plus the desserts are amazing!

Paid $45 for an iced coffee, latte, teriyaki bowl and turkey sandwich. Our coffees were awful and had to be exchanged, the exchanged coffees were even worse resembling that of water. The teriyaki bowl had soggy old peppers, dry chicken breakfast and was slathered with teriyaki and inedible. Upon asking for a refund at the end of the visit and leaving more than half our plates unfinished I was told “if my manager were here we may be able to do something, that’s just how we make food here”. Train your staff on customer service, this is not how you keep loyalty in a small town, save your money and go to Tim’s like I had to after this visit.
