A conseiller.

If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. I stay at this hotel frequently and I absolutely love staying here. The staff are fantastic, you won't getting better, friendlier, more professional staff anywhere. The rooms are clean and well appointed, and the beds are extremely comfortable. I highly, highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Prince George, whether you are staying for one night or 10, you will be happy you stayed here.

after checking into our room it was very clean, however the bed's and pillows were awful. the beds were super hard and made like crunchy sounds every time we moved. I was awake for the majority of the night tossing and turning I just could not get comfortable. For the price of 189 dollars for the night it sure was a bummer of a stay, not even so much as a bottle of a complimentary water. There were no ice boxes on any of the floors, we had to go all the way down to the main floor to get ice. We were quite thirsty, we were looking for a vending machine to get a drink as the cafe was closed there were only 2 cans of green monster energy drinks to be had and as a diabetic and heart issues I could not get those the rest of the machine was EMPTY the ice machine is so very far from the rooms very out of the way and for people who are disabled and can not walk very well it simply just was not convenient. Later on in the evening my husband and I went down to the pool area boy were we disappointed yet again the pool water looked to be very dirty, like a very washed out milk carton kinda color. we went in the pool anyways, oh my word the water was so cold that my legs and toes kept cramping up, so we got out of the pool and decided to try the hot tub, that was very pleasant however the people that were also in the hot tub were drinking cans of adult beverages, and were being very loud and obnoxious and were swearing a lot while they were talking. this was just definitely not our scene so we got out and went back up to our room, from the water being so cold my legs are still hurting from the cramping the next day. I was never so happy to go home. Needless to say we will not be back this was our first and last time staying there. I got way better for much less than what we paid

This was a fantastic hotel, very comfortable. Dog friendly (I have two big boys) , and if you are towing a trailer, there is parking available for your extra long vehicles! 10/10 would stay again.

Bad housekeeping.

I went to use a (rare) plug-in and had to pull the bureau away from the wall to see a comb, a pile of unidentified trash and an OLD PAIR OF MENS UNDERWEAR! When I complained (discreetly) at the front desk, only behind the bureau was cleaned up.

Weird room layout. Sofa off to the side, but TV didn't swivel. Sofa taking up room so no room for bed side table.

Water wouldn't stay in the tub. (Loose fixtures).

Hotel layout is weird with restaurant access through a series of hallways. DIY paper signs to lead you.

Seems that this place needs some major TLC.

Attached casino has questionable clientele around the "smoking" areas outside.

The staff here are great. The cafe in the lobby is better than any chain coffee shops out there. The rooms were clean and adequate. The heating/cooling systems in the rooms are outdated but they still worked perfectly fine.
