Best ice cream around.
Fuel prices are reasonable. Not a ton of dock space especially when the fishing tournament is on the weekends.
Many times I bought it there to get fueled and I couldn't get into the dock because there 's dozens of boats on the dock and hanging around. But other than that's a decent spot

Great small marina and it was perfect for us at a good location! Pride Marina has a gas bar, snack bar, and friendly staff as we enjoyed some ice-cream. They made us feel like family! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something low key and simple!!!

Best marina around! Great selection of boats! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great to see the sweet line up of new boats floating this weekend. Will be back again soon for maintenance to my boat plus gas and ice cream on the dock.

We arrived to have a family reunion and discovered we had problems with our boat. The team at Pride of Balsam Marina came to the rescue and provided us with excellent service. We needed some new parts and two visits from the tech - Dave. He was very knowledgeable and skilled and was so great to work with. He took the time to explain the issues and found solutions. The team back at the office worked on getting the parts we needed quickly and came up with a plan to get it all sorted out. We are very happy with the service at Pride and a difficult situation was made so much easier due to the assistance they provided in such a professional manner. We would highly recommend them if you needed assistance in the future . Thank you to the Pride of Balsam Marina team!

We had our boat serviced at Pride a few weeks ago for the Trim Tabs and some other minor electronic issues. Jamie was very helpful and our boat was returned on time and on budget. Just today, we were out for a pleasure ride and we noticed the bilge pump coming on much more frequently (totally unrelated to the previous service). We stopped in and spoke to Jamie at service and I explained the issue with the bilge pump coming on. The Manager (Chris) overheard me explaining the issue to Jamie and came over and introduced himself. Chris asked me a few other questions and came out to the boat on the dock and spent about 20 minutes assessing to see if there were any very obvious issues. Nothing was apparent with the boat sitting still in the water. We agreed on how I should monitor the issue and based on what I found in next few trips around the lake we would arrange for appropriate service at the Pride shop or at our boathouse. After leaving, we brought the boat up to speed and noticed a strong flow of water coming in at the top of the engine compartment. I videoed this and headed back to Pride. I showed Chris the video and he looked around and moved around several flexible air vent pipes and found the speedometer water tube had split. Chris went into the shop and got a connector to rejoin the hose and the issue was fixed in 10 more minutes. I offered to pay Chris for his time. Chris said there would not be a charge and was clear that he was happy to help and only asked that we return when we needed other service. We certainly will and I offered to provide a review outlining how pleased and appreciative we were. Thanks Jamie and Chris. So much appreciated. We will be back soon if not just for ice cream. (service of course when required)

Chris and Jaime have been an amazing addition to the team. They're friendly, and respond in a timely manner, work was completed on time, as promised. I'll definitely be back for service work to our Chaparral and would recommend them to anyone!
