Un peu difficile de trancher. Pour un endroit éloigné des grands centres, cet hôtel est très bien. Mais si on essaye de garder le même barême partout, il est moyen. Le service à la réception est très bien, les chambres sont propres mais auraient quand même besoin d'un peu plus d'amour. Le lit et confortable. Par contre, même si certains commentaires peuvent sembler un brin négatif, c'est probablement à cet hôtel que j'irai lors de mon prochain voyage dans le coin.

The young lady at the front desk is amazing. I believe her name is Trisha. She was a saint helping me find some take out when I'm all by myself and 1st time in Fort McMurray. She is so polite, and when a homeless lady started to scare me when I was coming back, she immediately intervened and solved the issue with such professionalism. I
was so impressed. This young lady needs a raise or a promotion. Thank you, Trisha, for making my stay safe and fun .
I will definitely be back, and I have already told work to send our people here.

Very nice, clean hotel and has a unique feature that you can check in at any time (it is not specific to 3pm rule).

Price through online booking is the best in this region.

Rooms are clean, washroom and coffee make available with big screen tv!

I would definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a great place for short or long stay.

I really loved the size of our room and our bed was comfy with no sign of bed bugs, however, the service from kitchen staff in the morning was absurd. For the first time in many stays at hotels, I was told I wasn’t allowed to bring my breakfast up to my room to enjoy. For one, I have a cold and don’t want to be around others eating, and for two, if I’m able to order room service then I should be able to bring my breakfast up to my room.

Update, I am here again. Same unprofessional behaviour was demonstrated by the staff in the kitchen here once again. Am I shocked not really. At least they’re showing consistency 🙄😬

Room was great for the price. Huge room, comfy, clean. Just a little old. Towels had couple holes but still big and fluffy. Carpets are old. But the breakfast and the staff are amazing! So don't book expecting too class but it's well worth the money

This was my first time staying at the Podollan and really have no complaints. The room was very spacious with lots of storage if I was going to spend an extended period of time. The colours of the room were earthy, making the room more welcoming and relaxing. The staff were very helpful and polite, and the breakfast was fantastic! The bacon was thick and the eggs were delicious. If I were to complain about anything I would say that the carpets need replacing. I not saying that they weren't clean, they just had stains on them.

Filthy gross place with staff that are not in the hospitality industry. Bathtub is stained with gross blood coloured stains. When we called down for a common easy to grab service item for our room we were responded with “no sir no one is here until 7AM”. I said “well you’re here”

The response was then….

“Well why should I? I’m front desk, it’s not my job!”
