Louie and his staff are amazing! We have booked several trips with them as have several of our friends. Their knowledge of different destinations & hotels/resorts has helped us in our selections, which were always 5 star.

And for those who think using an agency will cost more than booking on-line.....not true! We got the best rates each time!

So we strongly recommend calling Louie for your next trip!

We ABSOLUTELY lucked out when we were referred to Progress Travel and Louie a few years ago from friends of ours. Since then, he has booked EVERY trip for us, NEVER disappointing. We simply call him up, tell him what we might be considering OR he recommends destinations for us. Louie and his staff have a wealth of knowledge about travel destinations and the resorts at those destinations and they know ALL the great deals! We recently took a trip to The Dominican Republic and Louie recommended a particular resort, telling us that some of his clients had stayed there MULTIPLE times and raved about it— Louie had also done his homework. It was THE BEST resort we have ever been to. Louie and his staff promptly care of it all— we get our reservations, tickets and anything else we need at the click of a button— travelling has never been this easy!
I HIGHLY recommend using Progress Travel— we have now referred several of our friends, all of whom are equally as happy as we are!

Thank you Lesley for helping book our family vacation to Jamaica for my bday Apr 15-22 2024. You were an absolute amazing person to deal with. We had no issues, at all everything went smoothly. The Hotel RUI REGGAE a place to tell everyone about. Food, Entertainment, Staff the daily activities, amazing and was worth every penny. Thanks again from the Hopf Family. Working with Linda J has been a most pleasant experience. Her level of expertise on destinations and her assistance in ensuring all our needs were met was incomparable.
Our return flight was delayed and then cancelled. She worked with me to find a resolution and ensured that we were compensated for the inconvenience.

Recently booked an all inclusive trip for 6 adults. Both Louie and Lesley provided us with exceptional service, and spent so much time with our group to help us choose the perfect destination. They were so knowledgeable about all of the destinations that we were considering. Our trip went seamless right from booking, to our return flight home. We really felt like we were taken care of!! I wish there is an option for 1/2 a star. Do NOT believe in those 4-star reviews - they could have been posted by themselves. I will NEVER ever use this travel agency again. They recommended an Exoticca trip, booked for me, got the commission and from then on, they DISAPPEARED. They are clueless and do NOT update client about their trip. The client needs to call or e-mail them constantly to find out the updates from Exoticca because they won't send the updates to the client until the client follows up. Louie is always away, especially during long weekend. Once they get your money, they don't care. I'll see if I can get a lawyer to sue them!

Louie has been our travel advisor for at least 20 years. Louie has excellent customer service skills and can always accommodate my family with the flights of there choice and Insurance.
He is also there to answer any questions up until your flight leaves

On a recent group trip to the Dominican Republic, several of our party had incorrect names, passport numbers and travel dates entered by the travel agent. This causeed delays in boarding for 5 or 6 of the ~40 people traveling at both Toronto and Puerto Plata.

Edit Nov 15th - thank you Progress Travel for following up on the concerns. Mistakes happen, thats life. But how a bussiness addresses those times is the true measure.
