Je contacte la compagnie par téléphone et tout l'accueil se fait en anglais SEULEMENT ! Je valide avec l'agente qui répond et la compagnie a le siège social à Montréal ! Je complète un paiement en ligne et je reçois toutes les informations EN ANGLAIS SEULEMENT ! Je comprends l'anglais mais dans les détails des trois contrats que j'ai reçus je me sens perdu ! Question : pourquoi vous n'utilisez pas à contrepartie égale la deuxième langue officielle du Canada et où est l'Office de protection de la langue française ?!

I am a French as a Second Language Consultant for an eastern Ontario school board. I have been dealing with Prométour Inc. for over 10 years . Prométour Inc. has planned numerous trips to Quebec City , France, Belgium and Italy. Everything about Prométour Inc.is top-notch: the outstanding itinerary based on interests and requests, the professional and prompt customer service, the fantastic Tour Directors, and a passion for what they do best, which is to organize a trip of a lifetime for our students. We had two trips planned with Prométour Inc. during the Covid-19 pandemic and they reimbursed 100% of all payments. This is truly commendable! I highly recommend Prométour Inc.!

I have taken students to France- 3 tmes-all 3 using Prometour-incredible tour guide. We used the same guide 2 years in a row.
Our tour included restaurants like Procope and visits to the best and most well known sites!

One of the worst travel agencies you could deal with at any period of time. Totally not professional, tickets get cancelled due to hurricane and I wasn’t even notified, travel agent Natalia didn’t even bother to share with me about the changes, nor bothered about notifying to hotel about our delayed check in. Complete mess. If you enjoy going through roller coaster of negativity than promotour agency is the answer. Enjoy and don’t use this agency at all. Thx for nothing Promotour

This was a very unusual year with a pandemic that cancelled our school trip to Boston and New York. While it was upsetting this had to happen to our students, Prometour was fantastic to work with in refunding the costs to each family. Their patience, understanding , kindness and fantastic communication made it a seamless process. Should we ever be able to travel again, we will be working with Prometour. Thanks!!!

Stay far away. This company preys on teachers, students, and parents. The final costs constantly change; therefore, you can be paid in full and whacked with a bill for any amount they desire. To boot, they charge a fee to pay the bill, so even if you only owe $30, it will cost you another $30 to pay that bill—a dishonest company. Either pay or forfeit what you have already paid.

What is even more funny, if you try to review them on trust pilot they flag you as harmful content.

Communication throughout the whole process was sparse, it took weeks for them to respond to any questions I had. And then it was often "speak with your schools organizer".
And then our trip was canceled due to the pandemic and they only refund 75% of the funds! So, they were paid $18 000 for a trip that never happened and that they had a month to cancel flights and accommodations for. I am extremely unimpressed with this company and if this is the company that my school uses for future trips, none of my other children will be going.

As someone from New York City it is hard to impress me and this place did not disappoint. I was indeed not impressed. At least they could have made it up with better service. But they didn’t. I met some French people, the guys actually from France, and they seemed equally disillusioned. I don’t know what they were expecting.
