Went to Magdalene Island, Quebec. Was the best Bus Tour I’ve ever had, , what a beautiful place. Terry and Phillis were great. This is my 4th tour with PT Tours and won’t be the last
Our tour guide was Sylvia LeBlanc who was a great guide and so funny.
The three made every thing run smooth.
They are the best .

We reserved a tour months in advance but they don’t take payment on reservation - but confirmed our booking by email. When we asked about payment a few weeks before the tour they told us the tour was full! They are sorely out of date technology wise and they never even apologize for the mistake or inconvenience.

They try but are simply old school and not up to date. We are on a WiFi equipped bus and they don’t know how to work the bus..they have gotten lost every day, are not capable or knowledgeable enough to use technology to assist them in tours or navigating.

Horrible Customer Experience!!

I emailed with questions about an upcoming tour. They did not bother responding until it was too late to book it. That part turned out to be a blessing though because after I told them I had booked with another company, Phyllis from PT Tours continued to harass me through emails. I told her to stop emailing me and she emailed me again. I told her a 2nd time to stop harassing me and stop emailing and she emailed yet again!!! These were not automated emails. So glad I ended up going with a more professional company. This place is unprofessional and their continued harassment with emails goes against anti-spam legislation. Don’t book through these amateur people, use a professional tour service!

My family have been on two bus tours. We had a great time on each occasion. Definately recommend this tour company. Terri and Phyllis are very courteous, reliable and friendly.
