Have been waiting 2 days for delivery on an item that us supposed to be out for delivery. Called local office and they said they would let driver know package had to be delivered. Instead of delivery they changed it to weather delay. And did so on a Friday so they can't be contacted til Monday. Thinking I should contact police and have them charged with theft

Do not trust Purolator's next day document delivery from Calgary to Edmonton. They messed up a critical delivery when they were made aware of the contents and assured us the documents would arrive next day. Use a competitor instead. Customer service is useless.

I have had many parcels misplaced. Luckily a friend of mine found one of my parcels in the snow in a neighboorhood far from mine. It was damaged. Just this past week a woman found two of my parcels on top of the community mailboxes(Again NOT in my area). Bless her heart for taking it upon herself to deliver my items to me. I am not impressed with the service. You guys can do better.

It's a good thing we have the station because the delivery people don't even try to deliver your mail. They just leave a sticker without even knocking on the door. Extremely inconvenient.

Their workers are troopers. The area has been under a freezing rain warning for a few days and the roads aren't the best but they delivered

Left a package (book inside a paper and bubble wrap envelope) sitting in a puddle in the rain. I was home at the time but didn't even hear anyone knock.
