We did the Maligne Canyon Ice walk today. First class operation from Start to finish. Our guide Jordon was awesome especially with all the kids. This is a must do if you are in Jasper in the winter. Its an easier hike and all equipment provided.

We did the Columbia Ice field tour and it was amazing all the staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Special shout out to Nadia who spent time entertaining and reading to our boys so we could look around the Gallery.
We also did the Maligne lake Boat cruise which I would recommend to anyone visiting Jasper. The views are spectacular. Our boat captain and tour guide Dev and Del were knowledgeable and gave us an experience we won't forget.
The booking process was so easy and made for a great experience start to finish.

Had an excellent 3 hour Maligne canyon ice walk guided by a very enthusiastic Pal who was a lovely host. Very informative and with a keen eye on safety he let us - group of 4 - explore this awesome canyon. A beautiful day that offered the best views possible with lots of anekdotes and background info. With a good cuppa hot choco afterwards we could look back on a great tour. Many thanks Pal and the crew of Pursuit, Jasper.

Went on the skywalk and Athabasca glacier tour. Great experience, colbie was one of our bus guides and he was extremely funny and entertaining.

The staff is extremely helpful and polite here! We came to book the time for our adventure purchased online, because the customer service 1-866.. gave me wrong information and finally refused to help me with booking. But thanks to the guy at the adventure center my day and my trip was saved! I had my tickets printed in one minute! Thank you very much, you made my evening and helped me and my family get a great experience in Jasper! Never call their customer service 1-866.. unless you'd like to have the worst customer experience in your life.

My mother and I had a terrible experience with the Maligne Lake Cruise today as a boat tour guide named Nic publicly humiliated and castigated my mother for speaking up to a white French family who tried to kick us out from sitting at the front of the boat. Seats are first come first serve. There are no reserved seats. Everyone on the boat, many of whom are non-native English speakers, including Chinese and Indians, understood that the seats are first come first serve. On our return trip back from the island, people sat in different seats from the seats they previously occupied on the way to the island. Naturally, our prior seats were taken and we ended up finding seats at the front of the boat. This white French family rudely and with a sense of entitlement told us to leave as they claim the seats we occupied were their seats. We told them that seats are first come first serve and they harassed us for refusing to leave our seats. Nic, our boat tour guide, sided with this French family and pleasantly spoke to them in French explaining that there are no reserved seats. In contrast, Nic castigated my mother in front of everyone on the boat for not being understanding of this French family whose first language is not English. Interestingly, my mother’s first language is also not English as with many of the people on the boat but they did not disrespect others and nor did they act with entitlement so as to try to force people to leave their seats. This was purely racist behavior that Nic of Maligne Boat Cruise condoned. Any person of color should stay away from this business and not support it. I would not want you to experience what my mother and I just experienced.

Had an excellent trip.. visiting Maligne canyon , Medicine Lake , Maligne Lake with Brewster Brad n Sandra.. the explore Jasper trip.
Wonderful hosts, lovely stories kept us entertained throughout the trip with some really funny jokes thrown in too! They even gave us hot drinks ( tea/coffee/ hot chocolate ) with cookies! Was a nice surprise!
The day too was beautiful, nice sunny weather.
It being Eid for us, was a super way to celebrate!

Went on Cruise at Maligne lake. Cruise captain and guide Argentina were amazing. Enjoyed whole trip. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.
