J’y ai séjourner jeudi 21 novembre à vendredi 22 novembre. En arrivant j’ai senti que je déranger le réceptionniste qui été au téléphone. Il n’a pas voulu prendre la carte de crédit de mon employeur pour le dépôt, de ce fait j’ai utilisé ma carte personnelle et à ce jour ils ne m’ont toujours pas rendu celui-ci. Ensuite pas de micro-onde dans les chambres et quand je lui ai demander si il y’en avait un il m’a limite envoyer balader. Plus jamais j’irais dormir là bas.

Très bel hôtel propre et confortable. Tout le personnel croisé sur place étant des plus aimable et souriant. À 5 minutes de l'aéroport. Restaurant très bon sur place. Navette aéroport partant aux heures. Déjeuner très simple.

We had another hotel booked at first for almost double the price but we changed our minds and got this one , it was only 93 dollars for the night with a breakfast which blows my mind. The bed was so comfortable and we slept amazing. Everything worked and was clean so we were happy . The location to the airport is great and they did offer us a shuttle service for the morning but we didn't need it. I think sometimes expensive doesn't always mean better we are totally satisfied with our stay here .

After hunting for the cheapest decent room near the airport we settled here as they had the best rate for a king room. Upon check in, we were given the wrong room from what we booked. The front desk clerk tried to up charge me from the queen to the king (which is what I booked in the first place). the rooms aren't well kept, but that is a safe assumption with the price. We used the shuttle to the air port for our vacation and we're given directions to call the shuttle from gate 10 when we returned. We called and we're told it was on its way with a 10-15 minute wait. we waited 25 minutes, called again. were told it was on its way with a 10-15 min wait again... this continued to happen 5 times.... leaving us waiting there for over an hour... for a 10 minute ride from the airport to the hotel.... needless to say we were annoyed and took a taxi, which cost an additional 25$ to the 50$ I paid to park and use the shuttle from this hotel. We arrived back to the hotel in a taxi, to find 4 parked and off shuttles outside the hotel, and the shuttle driver sitting in what seemed to be his personal car on the phone. When complaining to the front desk about my obvious frustrations, was told there wasn't a manager I could speak to, and that I was wrong when I told them we waiting for over an hour and never saw a single shuttle at the directed gate. So in conclusion. this is a garbage hotel with garbage service and staff. Do not recommend and will never return.

We've stayed at this hotel a few times over the past couple years. We found it best to get a second floor room at rear side ( maybe odd numbers). Seems most rooms have something undesirable. Avoid room # 122, close to an exit door that gets used like a main door plus people outside loitering, negotiating etc. Some of the shuttle drivers are great, other are real flakes.

We needed a last-minute hotel after an evening filled with mishaps. This hotel was one of the few that would allow us to book after midnight. The airport shuttle service was great. The breakfast was good.
