Cet hôtel est un bel hôtel,les chambres sont grandes et très propres. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées . Les lits sont super confortables. L hôtel est bien situé tout près du Boston Pizza. Le seul point négatif est le déjeuner. Le choix est limité et les œufs brouillés en poudre sont moyens. Par contre, pour les amateurs de café . Cafetière dans chaque chambre et cuisinette .

Excellent location 2 minutes walk from Boston Pizza,5 minutes walk from the Safeway/Walmart mall and Tim Horton. Get a room on the 3RD floor and it is quiet. All hotels in Thompson are wooden construction so not the best for soundproofing. My room was good size, clean and an apartment size fridge/freezer is handy as well as hot plate and microwave and sink with kitchen ustensils. I had a king size bed and it was fairly comfortable. Good storage space too. The only bad thing about this room is the fact someone removed all the baseboards and did not finish the job, leaving it trashed. Looks weird and not pretty. Cleaning staff was nice. Front desk is not very friendly. I think it may be a language issue but often the person working the front desk would not even look at me when walking in. No salutations or anything. If addressed, then they would smile. The continental breakfast is only offered until 9 and wish it was offered until later. Not a very good selection and I ended up getting breakfast at the Northern in town, about a 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

It is a great location with a fair price. I really use the full fridge when I have to shop for my groceries before going home. The people who clean are nice and friendly. The best part it is generally a quiet hotel.

I didn’t have a very pleasant stay. I had a pet with me and I wasn’t aware that in order to have my room cleaned my pet would have to be removed from the room altogether. I had brought a kennel where my pet would be placed for their safety and staff when cleaning services were requested. When arrangements were made to have the pet removed during a specific time, upon my arrival back the room was not cleaned. The minimal amount of time the room was cleaned, my shampoo was not refilled as it was running quite low.

Enjoyed my stay here. Check in was nice and quick and the hotel was pretty quiet. Breakfast was ready each morning and had a fair selection. The automated Pancake machine was kind of cool. Room was nice and nice to have a kitchenette. They have a air fryer that you can checkout and use in your room as well as free movies. The room I was in had a toilet that occasionally randomly made noise but otherwise the stay was fantastic. Close to the mall and Boston Pizza as well. Was able to plug my EV in on level 1 as there is only one EV charger in town.
