Queens Travel must be very busy that they don't need my business.
I first called them and told them that I am traveling to the Philippines. They ask me a few questions which I answered. I got a general answer which I fully understand because they don't really have the details. So I took off a day for work to visit them in to explain the date and the details of the trip. A girl name Lisa was always too busy handling other customer on the phone. When she finally finish, she listen to me for about a few minutes and then gave me her card and information which I did not need and told me to call her.
When I callled her, she told me to text information.

Problem #1
She told me to text my info. How when her phone is a landline.

Problem #2
I tried to explain to her that I do not want to buy my own domestic ticket. I am willing to pay extra if she will arrange that too. Apparently that is not possible. She insist that when I arrive in Manila that I purchase my domestic flight. Yes, that can be done but I do not want to.

Problem #3
I tried to explain to her that I will stay 3 to 4 days in my province, then fly to Manila and stay there for 3-5 days before going back to Toronto. She simply do not understand it. I tried to explain but I do not know if it is too complicated for her or she is just interested on straight round trip.

Instead I called Asap ticket. The guy listen carefully to my needs,
and right there he was able to give me itinerary.

No need to be chasing.

My dad had used Queen Travel many times and I also had use Queen Travel a couple of times. But all those trips were simple,
straight forward round trip. This time a little bit of explanations is needed. I just felt that Queen Travel or Lisa was not interested on hearing the details.
