Right from the first phone call, you were always accommodating and friendly. The rooms were quiet, cozy, and clean. This place is a gem, you gotta stay here!

We were staying for a few weeks in Sylvan Lake and my dad came to visit. We put him up here and the experience was great.

First of all, the new owners are really nice. Took the time to welcome us, tell us what's around and really made us feel welcome.

The facilities themselves are old but well maintained. Everything felt clean and well maintained, as long as you're not expecting anything modern (doors for example are old fashioned keys instead of modern key cards) you'll be just fine.

Best of all was the location. Right on the water, literally 50 feet from the sandy beach with some great places to eat all around. Couldn't ask for better.

Had a great time visiting sylvan lake , & I always return to this hotel every year. Only issue with me is I wish they would fix the wifi finally , only down fall you have to sit in parking lot to use the internet and some rooms connect but very slow so If your visiting and needing to get work done online I recommend using the library during open hours.

The rooms are nice, small but worked for our family, they even set up an extra cot for us before we arrived. It's so close to the beach which was perfect. Other places were within walking distance too. We would definitely stay here next time we go. The staff were extremely nice and welcoming.

We loved our stay soo much. It's so cute and the rooms are all unique, it feels like our own little cabin room. Amazing location. During the week we had the beach to ourselves pretty much. Such a nice person who checked us in too. Very accommodating.

The lodge is a friendly, warm, and clean place to stay, and one I would be happy to return to. The location is unparralled in town, right across from the beach, no need to walk more than 100 ft. Making it easy to run back and grab anything you may have forgot. The new management team works hard to make the stay comfortable, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. Management works to know everyone currently staying and giving a friendly “hello” and “good morning”whenever they see you.

As someone who stays in a lot of hotels for work, I was really happy to come here this summer for a vacation. Loved how close it is to the water, and the friendly staff made me feel welcome. Will be staying here in Sylvan going forward!

I had a great sleep every night. Quite and comfortable. Good parking and very secure. Super friendly staff. Our work crew will definitely be back.
